      I purchased a weed whacker from this company on or about June 10, 2025. The transaction number is *********. It shipped on June 12th and arrived about ten days later. The following week I used the weed eater and then had to charge the battery. The next time I tried to use it was on July 8th. It would not start. I contacted the company through their support drop down menu. Since then, their one support guy keeps asking questions about a device that does not run. I sent videos and pictures that were required. Obviously they do not believe me. His last request on August 6, was for a picture of the handle of the weed eater and a picture of the bottom of it. Since I have been doing this for almost a month now, I want them to send me a label to return the weed eater and accessories to them. I asked for a refund. They have never responded to my request for a refund.

      Hi

      i made this purchase from one of their subsidiaries called Bytech labs. However. When working with their one support person, his emails come from ***************************. In looking up the address of Bytech-us, its the same as Bytechintl. I worked for one month with their support person who obviously didnt believe me when he was trying to troubleshoot a weed whacker problem from photos and videos. The thing will not start. I would like to add they have refused to refund my purchase so they are sending me a different one that I am accepting against my will. If you check into this, both companies seem to be associated with Bytech labs. Otherwise how would I have been routed to Bytech-US?  And both companies have the same address in ***********. When I selected Bytech from your drop down box, I recall only Bytechintl showing up and that is why I selected them. Also. I made this purchase after trying to do some research on top recommendations for weed wackers. The believe this company (labs, **, ****), created the website that made the recommendation. To throw potential customers off. And I fell for it. I would rather have a refund instead of their weed eater.

      I bought a Bugatti scooter and it has issues now like the battery dying quickly, the handlebar coming loose all the time, the brakes not slowing it down well enough and I lost a part that I tried many times to get replacement for. I also need new tires but ******************** isn't replying to my emails. I was hoping you can send me a replacement scooter. Perhaps one of the newer models since the replacement parts aren't available for the one I have. Thanks.

      I decided to buy an electric scooter for my son ********* 16 years old, we decided ti go for something reliable because his safety was our priority , so we decided go for buggatti , he wants the buggaty 10 + but at that moment his favorite color blue was not ************ husband and I we wanted he have for christmas so we decided to go for the buggatti 9.0 which was in his favorite color. I ordered on Dec 17 2024 , we receives on Dec 19, on Dec 21 2024 my husband opened and the scooter never turned on. Since that day I sent almost 20 emails to all the emails ( sales@bugattis *************,***************************************************,**********************************************,********************************************* )and nobody answer even one of them. On January 1 2025, after the returnd day expired i received an email from buggaty to share your thoughts about Bugatti 9.0 Electric Scooter, I thought the christmas of my son was ruined, i thought that the box is still on my living room waiting to be retuned and I thought this expensive company does jot care abput my bussiness.also I thought it is unacxeptable that a costumer have to go through all of this thoughts about Bugatti 9.0 Electric Scooter

      On April 21 I purchased a Bytech water proof case from 5 Below. I used that device on April 23 and my phone was water damaged. When I took my phone out of the case it had tiny droplets of water on the front screen. Shortly after my phone began to glitch until it eventually stopped working completely. I called Apple and had it examined at the *********** where they confirmed my phone was water damaged. I filed a complaint on the 5 below website and they connected me with a representative with Bytech. I talked to the woman, ******, who seemed very nice over the phone. She requested a bunch of information regarding the incident and said they would send me a shipping label so I can send the product back. She said they wanted to examine the product to see what went wrong. This all happened on May 21. I have reached out to them several times since that conversation because I never received the shipping label. The first time, the woman said that I didn't provide them the information they needed but I sent her two separate screenshots a week apart of me sending them the information they requested, this was on June 6,2024 and June 14, 2024. I have not heard anything and have been without my phone for 2 months. My phone held my entire life; my login passwords, important notes, over 8 years of pictures, some that were not backup. I also used my phone to do Instacart which has also been at a standstill.

      August 2022. Have a bugatti scooter. Received as a gift. Opened the box and the scooter did not work properly. Where the item was purchased advised me to contact Bytech directly to speak about repairs. Was advised that a replacement would be sent to me. I have been continually dealing with this company since then. Two replacements were sent to me. The first was a used scooter. The second came in a box that was crushed and the shipping company recommended not to accept the package due to the damage.I called the company every couple of weeks for an update. Calls are never returned. I feel that I have no recourse at this point to look at other avenues to have the items repaired, replaced or refunded.
