    I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max for approximately $633 from Electronic Deals through Amazon (Order #***-***************). When I received the phone, it was defective. I tried contacting their customer support, but they were extremely slow and unhelpful.Their return policy is complicated and requires seller approval before sending anything back. I followed their process and shipped the phone back using the return label they provided. The *** tracking number is ****************** but the package has now been stuck in transit for over 10 days.I contacted *** and was told the sender (Electronic Deals) must open the investigation because they created the label. I cannot move this forward myself. Meanwhile, both ****** and the company are doing nothing.I also spoke with their manager, who originally told me they didn't have the same model to replace it. When I asked what they did have, she mentioned an iPhone 16. I said Id accept that instead, but she refused to send anything until they receive the returned item even though they know it's stuck in *** transit. This feels like a game to avoid ***************** the return is no longer progressing through ******, Im requesting that Electronic Deals **** resolve this directly. either:Issue me a full refund by check to the original shipping address below,OR Send me a tested, working replacement iPhone to the address I intended for delivery.Ship or mail to:*************************************************************************************************************************** I am happy to provide all documentation and tracking information. I respectfully request this matter be resolved as soon as possible.

    I purchased an unlocked iPhone XS Max on 12/3/2023. The phone worked great on Cricket for the last 17 months. I now want to switch carriers and the Carrier Lock on the phone says "SIM Locked." I called Cricket and they said the phone is unlocked from their side. I looked up the **** number and it says it is unlocked. I called ***** and they said that this is a refurbished iPhone and we can only unlock when we know the original serial number from the phone.When I bought the phone on Amazon (From Electronic Deals) an email was sent from ****** to me stating:One or more items in this order contain a serial number that uniquely identifies the item. When your order ships, ****** will scan the serial number and add it to the history of this order. Serial numbers for items that have shipped can be viewed on the Order Details Page. When I go to the Order Details Page there is no serial number listed.When I reach out to the seller asking for the original serial number before refurbishment, the response I got back was it is passed the 90 days no return is possible. I am not trying to return the product just seeking information.

    The phone I bought from this business does not hold a charge. If you look online you will see that others have had the same issue. Please look at their reviews and you will find that when a person sent it back to "Electronic Deals" they hit the phone with a hammer to show it was in bad condition. Luckily that person had a video of himself packaging up the phone and the Amazon driver sided with the consumer. Another person never received a refund. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, ***** ********

    The customer has never communicated any issues to us, the customer has also never returned any device to us. the order number listed is not an order number after searching we found the correct order number  111-2928070-0245046 this was sold on ****** and no return was made on ******. this is a fraudulent report

    I purchased a *************** 15.6 inch touchscreen laptop from this company on 12/13/2024. I was sent the product decided I didn't want it so I returned it on 12/26/2024. The United States postal service tracking number told me that they received it on December 30th 2024 I have yet to receive my refund and ******* has says they have not received the product back the phone number is bogus the email is bogus

    I purchased two cell phones for Christmas for my sons. 1 phone died immediately and wouldn't charge. The other seemed okay. I explained this to the seller. I sent both phones back to the seller for a refund. I have 2 kids. The seller refunded only 1 phone. The one that works. They deny receiving the dead phone and won't refund my money. They have told so many lies. They can't keep up to include only shipping me one device and not two. This company sells on ****** and doesn't deserve the right to. This company refunded only one phone claiming they don't have, and never shipped a second device. This is over $207 they are stealing knowing they are selling a devices lower than ******'s standards for refurbished products.

    On Oct 8th, 10th and 14th I bought a renewed unlocked phone through target from electronic deals. All were returned. They were all locked.Its misleading, false advertising and a waste of time.

    On 3/22/24 I purchased a galaxy tab S7 in renewed excellent condition for this retailer via Amazon. This was the second tablet that I ordered from them described as a ******* tablet. The first tablet and this second tablet both arrived as the *** variant which could not be activated on ******* service. Upon returning the second tablet I quickly verified if it was *** or ******* and when I noticed it was *** I immediately asked Amazon for a return label. After not receiving my refund promptly I contacted Amazon in which they reached out to the seller to get the return processed. Later in the day the seller uploaded pictures of what appears to be a different tablet that is damaged and is refusing my refund. The pictures they posted reference the incorrect order number (they referred to the first order for some reason) upon further review from the company I was offered an 80% return by someone there which I did not find acceptable as I did not damage this tablet. The seller also does not have pictures of the box or any shipping materials that I used. They simply uploaded a picture of a random tablet next to my return shipping label. I'd like the make this very clear I did not damage this tablet, and wasn't even able to use it as it was not the correct model that I ordered. I attempted to upload screen shots of our conversation and have also filed an Amazon A-Z guarantee. I'm not sure if this company got the tablets mixed up on their end with someone elses or if it was damaged in shipping but it 100% was not damaged by me. This is the first time in my life that I have ever filed something like this but I feel as I am being robbed. If it matters at all the order was placed under my mother's Amazon account but billed and shipped to me. Had this company sent the product they were sllng then I wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. But I did not damage this tablet. And just want my refund so I can purchase a unit from a better retailer.

    On December 2nd 2023 i purchased a I PHONE 11 for my daughters 13th birthday , her birthday is Christmas eve , i let her open her present she cried because she was so happy to have received the i phone 11 that she had been asking me for , i went to get the phone activated and they tell me the original owner before me had reported the phone lost or stolen , to my shock i contacted amazon telling them the situation , they contacted the business and the company said i could send the phone back and they would investigate the issue , meanwhile my daughter is without a phone and im not able to go to another company due to the fact that i had already gave electronic deals my extra money i had for my daughters phone , ive tried contacting them several times they have not responding to emails, phone calls , NOTHING i need this problem fixed i need a good working I phone 11 that is able to be turned on and activated ...

    PURCHASED A SO CALLED RENEWED APPLE 11 I***** FROM THEM THRU AMAZON 08 AUGUST 2023. IT CAME TO ME ALREADY ACTIVATED ON SOMONE ELSES LINE. MY CARRIER ********* TRIED TO ACTIVATE IT ON MY ACCOUNT, DID NOT WORK. SENT IT BACK VIA AMAZON PROCESS AND THEY RECEIVED IT BY 13 AUGUST 2023. ON 14 AUGUST 2023 THEY NOTIFIED ME THEY REFUSED TO REFUND CLAIMING I SENT THEM A BAD ***** (ITS THE SAME ONE THEY SENT ME AS PROVED ON AMAZON WEBSITE. NOW THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY BY REFUSING TO REFUND, STATING ITS A DIFFERENT *****. THEY ARE LYING TO ME AND AMAZON AND CALLED ME A THIEF. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE ORIGINS OF THE ***** THEY BECAME INCREDIBLY DEFENSIVE, INDICATING POTENTIAL ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. I OFFERED TO OPEN MY ******* ACCOUNT FOR LAST 15 YEARS TO THEM TO PROVE I HAVE NO APPLE'S OF THAT STYLE OR SIZE, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO SIMPLY WANT TO KEEP MY MONEY. WHILE BBB CANNOT BRING CHARGES, THIS APPEARS TO BE A SHADY BUSINESS.
