    9/12 I called liberty dumpster to rent a 10 yard dumpster for 1 day. ******** was my sales *** which was on the phone with me the whole time, told me the original price of $220.50 which I agreed to confirm the dumpster ******** had me e-sign with her supposedly telling me what I was agreeing to, so I signed it and received my dumpster on 9/15. I loaded the dumpster with branches and grass clippings nothing heavy. 2 days later 9/17 I get another bill for ****** from liberty dumpster. I call to ask why and they say oh ya we are a broker so we charge differently then all other dumpster companies. That was never said to me and when I stated that she laughed. They told me they would put a mechanics lien on me if I gave them any problems. They used small print and someone keeping your attention away from that verbiage to charge you double. They failed advertise to be a dumpster company but have none of their own even though all their advertisement look like they do. They scam hard working men and women and veterans that trust their sales ***s that are actually scamming you for a cut. Shut them down since their are so many issues with them.

    I rented a dumpster through liberty dumpster in ******* and payed three weeks later they are trying to charge me 1500 more after being told three times I wouldnt be charged more by three different phone representatives. They are now harassing me and wont give me access to the phone calls that I know they have because they told me they recorded all their calls. I was told I wouldnt be charged but am still being harassed

    Quoted me one price that I paid and now after the job is done is seeking 2 times more.

    After looking into several other rolloff container companies, we decided to go with liberty dumpster because their price for a 30 yard container was the lowest.We assumed the reason it was a lower price was due to the fact that the rental period was only two days as opposed to a full week like many of the other companies.The rental agreement was made through a phone call. Immediately we were up charged and then immediately following that, we were given a small loyalty discount. The total up charge was around $47 on the phone call. At no point in the phone call was the additional fee that would be added later based on the debris contents ever mentioned. I was told the charge would be just over $346 and I agreed to it.I was then told the dumpster would be delivered on a Wednesday morning and picked up Thursday. When I asked why it was being picked up in 24 hours if it was a two day rental, the customer service agent said she would give me an additional day free of charge But did not explain why I was not initially being given the unit for two days.The dumpster was picked up as scheduled on Friday. The following Wednesday morning I received a text informing me that I would be charged an $787 due to the weight of the debris in the dumpster. When I called customer service they told me That what I had already paid was only the rent price for the unit itself not for the contents. I told them if they would have explained that when I called to ask about their services theres no way I wouldve ever rented the dumpster. They Offered to discount the price and sent a text with a link for me to make a payment for $637.I contacted our attorney who looked over the contract and informed us that this is indeed a bait and switch, and would be considered fraudulent inducement. By the end of the day they had taken the money out of my account without me choosing to make the payment.A follow up call the next morning was ineffective.

    They told me a reasonable price then charges a much higher one including 250 dollars to pick up the dumpster. They are clearly scammers . People should never use this corrupt business.

    I ordered a 30 yard dumpster for July 3rd and to be picked up on July 7th. The price quoted was ****** for the dumpster rental and .15 cents per lb of debris. The dumpster was HALF full of small household items. I know I did not even get up to the two ton minimum that was on the contract. I have asked them several times via phone and email to send me the scale ticket. They still have not provided the scale ticket. They have charged me twice for fees not listed in the contract. If all the information was disclosed in the contract I would have gone with a different company. The contract is deceptive not stating you will be charged twice for environmental fees chicago fees and fuel recovery fees that should have been factored in the price quoted or at least mentioned.

    I called and rented a dumpster from Liberty. I was quoted $263 and then I received a final invoice today for $540 with no explanation why I was charged double. I called their 855# and spoke to a *** who transferred me to the invoice department where I can only leave a VM. I also tried to pull up the original invoice from the link I was sent and the invoice is no longer available. I will be going to my bank first thing tomorrow to dispute the charges as this was not the agreed upon amount. Reading other complaints it appears there are hidden fees in very small print on the contract you sign, but none of this was discussed when I first called and spoke to a *** to rent this dumpster. Hopefully my bank will let me dispute the charges and get my money back from them.

    They have it plastered on their website no hidden fees, i went to book online and was told to call, no wonder. She had me sign and pay for it while i remained on the phone didnt mention anything past that. Now im being threatened about if i file a complaint itll go to collections and they will tack on even more money.

    I contacted Liberty Dumpster on July 18th to order a 20 yard to be delivered to a specific address. I paid the rental fee of $270.90 on that date. They indicated that the dumpster would be delivered on Friday July 25th between 6 am and 12 noon. The dumpster did not arrive during the delivery time and actually never arrived. Repeated phone calls to the company indicated it was in process.but, due to repeated phone calls I was eventually was redirected to voicemail.Later upon reaching the company via a different phone they indicated that the dumpster was rescheduled for Monday July 28th First Priority. Monday came and eventually the dumpster arrives at 3:30 pm. The dumpster that was delivered was not a 20 yard but a 15 yard dumpster. This substution proved problematic because it was too small for the job at hand. It will probably require another dumpster with 10 yards being the minimum.I contacted the company via text and they indicated I would receive a refund of the difference in dumpster size. Having to order another dumpster (not with Liberty) would far exceed any refund forthcoming. Today, Thursday July 31st Liberty Dumpster attempted to charge my credit card an additional $437.22 which I declined authorization.I was almost triple charged and I still have household trash that needs removed. The company is unresponsive except by text messages from me. I think they have my number blocked. Thank goodness I was able to decline the recent charge which would have resulted in a threefold expense of $708.12 for an undersized dumpster. Not including the labor charges I incurred while waiting for dumpster delivery.BTW, their website was recently upgraded to a higher price for dumpster rental thereby negating by original contract price for review.

    I pre paid $336 for a 20 ft dumpster. 10 days later I was charged and ADDITIONAL $490 and no receipt or phone call was provided. I was ****** and called my bank after NO help from the company. They had them refund me immediately!!!
