      This business charged me in full the day after they cancelled my reservation because of a lack of driver's they say. I spoke to the business by phone and the promised a refund today. It is 8:45pm, no refund. They have also not answered my emails and text messages. They are still accepting reservations for the time that I requested. The reservation was in the name of ******** ******

      On May 5, 2024, I made a shuttle airport reservation for our arrival on May 15 at *** airport to be transported to *******************************, Confirmation #(*********) they charged my card$98.80. upon arrival at 5;45pm i made call to ETS and inform them that we been waiting at their designated area and the dispatch told us to sit there for the driver at 7:00pm, he will get us for our transfer. at 7;15 I called the phone number, and the dispatch said he is on the way. again at 7;30 I called was told its traffic, at 7;45 I called said he is on the way, at 8;00pm she said he don't know where he is and can't get in touch with him. our flight was on 9;15 and we asked help from airport traffic supervisor **** *********************** talked to the manager, and they approved we take taxi and send the receipt for reimbursement. I paid $202.00 for the taxi. I submitted my receipt to be reimbursed and for two months I talked to *********************** the manager and she finally send me $56.50 when I complained she said you talk to her boss *********************. she wants to send me extra $40.00 instead of my $202.81 that I paid for Taxi, which I refused and requested to be reimbursed for the full amount. which she refused and want to charge me $103 for the service that they didn't provide out of my $202.81 reimbursement.
