      This company have placed a new roof couple years ago which is still under warranty. Ever since they change the roof we have been having issues with leaks in multiple areas of the house. This is the second complaint Im filing regarding this company because of the lack of response from them . Ive called multiple times , Ive sent email to **** who stated he will follow up but never did.. I called requested to speak to *** (owner ) but kept giving me the run around. Its been raining for a couple of days nowmy roof is still leaking . Weve paid more than 10g for new roof to be dealing with such unpleasant conditions. Last time it took a complaint with BBB for them to respond and fixed the leak that we had in the living room.. now the leak is the back room on 2nd floor and the back extension of our house. Why are we harassing a company that we paid to do a job that should have been done correctly in the first place? This is unacceptable and UN-Professional .

      We only did the Main Roof of the house. We did not do any work on the extension part of the home. We have enclosed a copy of the contract, which was written on 11/25/2018, not a couple of years ago as the customer stated. We will try to see if we can rectify this issue with the customer.

      I went into contract with *** in February of 2023 to supply and install concrete for my driveway. The driveway has since started developing cracks and chipping. I contacted *** several times trying to get this matter resolved. Each time I was told that someone would contact me to set up a time to come inspect my driveway and make the necessary repairs. It has been over a month without a visit or resolution.

      On 6/10/23 I hired *** to remodel my home. The entire journey from the beginning was a nightmare. Included in the remodeling were the laying of new floors in 2 bedrooms. Both floors were poorly and unprofessionally installed by two subcontractors hired by ***. Upon its completion, it was obvious that the floors were uneven felt unsteady upon walking on it and make screaking noises every step of the way especially where new and old flooring are connected. As requested by the guy who installed the floor "call me personally if there's any problem,) I called and he came to the house at least seven times not including the numerous times that he stood me up. Initially, he blamed the other contractor for laying an uneven foundation. The response to that allegation was that the floors guy is responsible to make sure the floor is level. Hence, they keep blaming each other and no one wanted to take responsibility but they both agreed that the foundation was unleveled The floor guy did little or nothing. He nailed down a transitional metal object smack in the middle of my bedroom which causes me to loose my balance and have been close to almost falling in the middle of the night as I try to make my way to the bathroom. I had it removed because it poses great danger to my well being. At this point, nothing was being done about the floor and all appointment made to fix the floor was a NO SHOW. I then called ***'s office and ***** intervened. They came on 8/25/23 to work on the floor.. Along with other things they claimed were done ,they supposedly level the floor and glue down the worst areas. Well, nothing has changed and the floor is worst than it was originally. I am now living in fear of an accident or incident waiting to happen which can result in me breaking bones or even worst. I'm 65 year old, have very unsteady gait, presently in therapy and still recovering from total hip replacement. As of now, all communication has seized and *** is yet to return my phone calls.
