  I have definitely been through my share of con artist contractors and I thought that when I found *** and Oaktree Developers, that the streak was over but it turns out that I was wrong and that this situation could have ended fatally for my family due to the shoddy work. I paid over 30 thousand dollars to get a job done properly and instead I was cheated. I hired Oaktree Developers, fronted by ******************* to install a laundry in my basement and the problems started shortly after. Every time we ran the laundry, the water would overflow. I called him and he came and added an overflow valve and that seemingly stopped the problem. A month later, we started having issues with the Dryer vent not being secure, again he sent someone out and they "fixed it." The worst started when the shower they installed kept clogging. I called a plumber and they snaked it and said that the problem would continue because the pipe was pitched. I called and told him of the issue and he said that it was a simple fix of adding an overflow valve there as well. Since I didn't know for sure, I asked my plumber friend with 20 years experience to supervise. The slow drain turned to a nightmare when the basement would flood when the above floors used the facilities. The water was coming from the Dryer vent and When I figured that out, I turned off the gas and unplugged everything. When sewage was now coming out of the vent, I knew they had messed up my house. After meeting with him and his plumber, they agreed that the work Oaktree Developers did was a mess. The washing machines were tied to waste lines instead of having their own, the dryer wasn't vented at all, which I later found out from another plumber could have killed us due to Carbon Monoxide poisoning, the line for the shower was not tied to the right pipes, essentially nothing was done properly. He took responsibility and said he'd fix it, yet I have heard nothing from him. I've had to hire someone else to fix all of this. DO NOT USE HIM!

  This is an Alleged Fraud Alert to all entities or individuals who have been a victim or might become a potential victim of *** ****** and his company Oaktree Developers Corp .
  *** ****** and his company Oaktree Developers Corp were hired for construction of our medical/Radiological practice in Flushing Queens, NY under Flushing Vascular Center LLC .
  *** ******/Oaktree Developers Corp has defrauded us as well as allegedly several other entities and individuals who have since reached out to us after discovering our Civil claim against him in NY court.
  All these individuals have told us similar horror stories of being swindled out of thousands of dollars doing business with Mr ****** and his company.
  As a courtesy and to warn other potential victims, we have made this link available so that you can review and investigate further. We hope that you take measures and protect yourself from being added to the list of victims.
