Do not buy anything from this company. They will sweet talk you and say they will ship out ASAP. They do not tell you what you are actually ordering. Red flag. DO NOT RUSH to use them .the sales ***************** is really really good. I made the mistake to order. I was charged same day $1,499 dollars. I realized later that day I didn't know what was being ordered and sent an email to cancel. And emailed the next day to cancel and call. They did stop the shipment. I asked for a refund. And was given some runaround. He then told me we could do a refund minus about 9% for his fees. I was told to email him that had we expressed a verbal agreement to the refund. Then I spoke to him the next week to check in. I sent an email and a phone call for the next 3 weeks to check in on the refund. I was given " it needs more time." Didn't heard from him on the 3rd week. I received a document in the mail for my cancelled order. 1 sheet of paper shipped in a document mailer. The end of that week I filed a dispute with the bank to explain this and that the seller did not refund me. I got a provisional credit via the bank. But then the bank reversed the dispute. This company claimed they shipped product and I had received it. I only received a 50% store credit in a document mailer. This document mailer was listed as 30 pounds. Very strange. No product or box of any kind had been received. The terms and conditions DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS. This is to protect them from sending your money back. This is extremely suspect. I fought this twice through my bank. I had shown screenshots of the email chain with the sales guy. Which showed that we had come to an agreement on the phone. And I had sent a photo of one of the documents I received. This was also refused a second time The seller even had the audacity to say I had accepted product and not even tried to send it back and then ask for a refund. How can I send back product I never received? So I'm out $1,499.
