    I came to cash my checks in order to pay bills .I was told that I couldn't cash my check because there wasn't and manager there to verify. I've dealt with this a little over a year and was told it's because I never cashed a check with PLS(i was told this by numerous locations).Finally, at this location I cashed my first check almost a year ago.Now, I go cash my checks and I'm being told, a manager is not available and since I've never cashed a check from this payroll, I can't cash my check.I explained to the rep i normally cashed here and even got my Xpectations card here. Also, i never had this issue with other reps since cashing my ***** check.She proceeded to reply with an attitude. stating that it doesn't mean anything and she can see that ive cashed checks in the past at this location. This is absurd.Now, I will be left with late fee payments on my bills. This matter needs to be resolved immediately. This unacceptable and unprofessional.
