    ********* my product very fast and as described. I called customer service helping me to unlock the phone that I had apparently ******* phones can not be unlocked so I decided to buy a similar phone to the one I had I have to say its work much better then my ******* phone cell2get customer service is great!

    Professional fast service, the lowest price I got all the extras at no additional cost, full English version of all the upgrades, I also received sticker that protects against scratches and one year warranty. Highly recommended.

    Phones are not new despite their claims. I confirmed prior to ordering and receive the wrong used item which wasn't even in the correct opened box. They gave me a line of BS about a mix up on the color. Seller is not honest. Take your business elsewhere unless you really love disappointment and disingenuity. Don't let all of their fake 5 star rating fool you, they are not deserved.

    I just received the phone that I ordered from this business and the phone is NOT NEW, Wrong Color, and it is a ******* phone... This is definitely Not what I ordered... And, I learned after receiving the phone that it is Not Refundable... It is a very old model and I paid $159.95. I should have been more suspicious since this company does not sell through any major company like ****, ******, etc...

    This is what I sent them, they were in contact with me before but now my emails are being ignored.(Refund Request for order #*****)I ordered a new unlocked red ***** ThinQ, it took a bit to come in the mail but that's ********** came with light screen burn, so the device was obviously not new.I received a grey one instead of the red I ordered, but I needed to keep it for work anyways so whatever, we do what we have to. Then it proceeded to have problems across multiple networks and SIM cards. Through the utmost troubleshooting, time, and money wasted, I have determined the problem is without a doubt the phone y'all sold ***** is either not truly unlocked or just plain faulty, the wrong color, and the listing didn't say anything about the device being used.I have kept the device in a case and screen protector, and am requesting to send it back, for a full refund to the **** I provided for the order.Thanks in advance,Vna~

    Ordered a phone that was described as new. Did not mention anywhere that it is a used phone. They had the same phone advertised as refurbished like new for much cheaper. My phone arrived totally used condition, lots of scratches, filthy, dust in grooves, and blown up battery. I called customer service and nicely explained the problem. The rep was so nasty, I never spoke with such bad customer service in my life. And then he hung up on me when I tried asking politely if I can return for free. They have the worst return policy and are completely dishonest.

    I called **************** yesterday and happened to get a VERY helpful *** named ****. I had to make a second order for my dad. ****** walked me through the process and I could tell he was very patient because my nerves were on edge with the annoyance from buying a phone, and all the issues I had to deal with to close out my father's business affairs. ****** was efficient but compassionate, which made the whole thing much, much easier. A note of gratitude to an employee of cell2get that presents his company in a first-rate manner.

    Had a pixel 6 ordered from this site a few years ago. Now its time to get a new phone from them. They have previously been a great service for me with shipping out the phone that i wanted exactly. And as such ill continue to buy again.
