"I had a technician out to clean my rug [on Aug 27, 2023] and I was very unhappy with the results. The initial quote was for $160. When he arrived, he inspected the rug and asked what the main issue was. I said there was pet odor. He said that he would have to use a special treatment for that and it would be $250. He then spent about 15 minutes doing a very cursory cleaning on the rug with the steam cleaner. When the rug dried, it was evident that the cleaning did not pick up any dog hair or dirt, did not improve any of the areas that were matted, and did not get any of the soiled areas clean. Im not sure what the steam cleaning did, but it looked exactly the same. On top of that, it still had an odor."I sent the business the above message on Aug 28. I did not hear back. I called several times and they told me that they only dealt with complaints via email. I sent emails on Aug 31 and Sept 18. On Sept 18 they said they would review my issue. I emailed them again on Sept 19 and have not heard back. I also include the attached photos in my email to them. However, the main issue really was the odor, which is obviously not captured in the photos.

This company which is national and is under the name "All Green Carpet Cleaning" is running a complete scam of business. They come and pretend to clean your carpet while scamming you out of $299 and do absolutely nothing. They will not come and correct their service and just provide no one to chat with or no solution besides having an answering service. Please, please, look into this company. Yelp is full of reviews about how others have been scammed as well. I have had no luck in getting in touch with a real entity behind the company and they just continue to scam people in ************ claiming to be a 'carpet cleaning service' but they are just throwing water on the carpet and leaving without any accountability.

Date of transaction: 7/17/2023 Amount Paid: $193 All Green Carpet Clean committed to removing the urine smell from the mattress that was requested to be cleaned. The cleaner that arrived named *** recommended a sanitary deep clean to ensure the urine smell would be removed as opposed to a standard clean. The mattress was standing upright in the garage and the cleaner requested to leave it in that position to clean. *** only spent 20 minutes cleaning. Then after he was done he asked that I tip his assistant, extremely unprofessional. When finished he advised to leave in the same position and let dry for 3 hours. After 3 hours I came to check on the mattress, all of the water sunk down to the bottom of the mattress, and all of the urine smell collected at the edge of the mattress making the smell even more concentrated. I called and asked for a reclean- the website states "With All Green your satisfaction is 100 percent guaranteed. If there is a problem, We provide Free re-do of service until you are satisfied with the service." I called the office to request a redo and they asked that I send an email detailing the complaint. I never received an email or phone call committing to remedy the issue. I called back every day and emailed every day to obtain a resolution. Finally on 7/21, ****, the supervisor told me there is nothing they can do and I would have to pay for a redo. I am requesting a full refund as this company has a false advertisement. I am now left with the option to pay a new company to re-do the job or buy a new mattress.

I set an appt. w/ ***** at All Green Carpet Clean in *************, **. on June 28, 2023. ***** told me they would charge $59 to clean one recliner chair which was at my daughter's house. He said they would spend 30 min. cleaning. When ****** the technician cleaned the chair he spent 10 min. and did not recline the chair to get all the dirt out. He charged my daughter $69. This is a disreputable company. I dealt with a different person every time I called to get ****** to come back and finish the job. ******, the technician did a terrible job. I called to get them to come back out. I spoke with ****, ***, ***** and ***** over 9 days. Each time I asked for the person I spoke with before, they were not available. I spoke with **** and he said the manager was not there. The next day *** told me that **** was the manager. They are running a scam. They sent another technician today and he wanted to charge us another $69 even though ****** had not completed the job. They pay their technicians not even half of the price they charge the customer. My family will be using the chair. It pains me that there are companies out there that do not care, overcharge the customer for poor service and then lie about it.

On September 5, 2022, a technician came to my house to clean our couch. I was initially quoted about $150 over the phone. I was told over the phone that if the technician came and didnt think he could clean the couch, he would not do it, but would charge a fee for the service call. When the technician arrived, he quoted me $400 and led me to believe the couch would be clean when he was done. Despite the price being more than double what I was initially quoted over the phone, I agreed to have him clean the couch. The couch was no cleaner after he left. On top of that, he told me it would take 4-6 hours to dry. It took nearly 3 days for the couch to completely dry. I called the number I used to set up the service with and they said someone would call me back. When no one called back, I called again and they gave me an email address to email. I emailed them twice and finally got a response. The response asked me for my address and phone number, which I already included in my initial email. I responded again with that information and never heard back.

On October 18th 22 people hired by All Green tore out my cupboards, broke my renters dishes and items, and broke a pipe & bent the plumbing which caused water on the floors, chairs, and ceiling. The baseboards are damaged & the sliding door doesnt shut now to outside. I hired them for mold remediation and they demolished my sink, tiles, piping, also bent piping, possibly a new garbage disposal that was installed on 10/17th & the pipe on 10/17th that was fixed could also possibly be harmed. The water is now shut off. My plumber came over on the 18th and told me I really should have the mold inspectors leave. They had already ripped out a base board and I dont think they used any safety protocols doing ******* scared the mold is now airborn. They were in an unmarked vehicle. They tried to get their own plumber that I talked to that told me that he found him at ********** and that he was there for the Hurricane. I didnt hire their plumber nor did I allow him to spray but to leave. On the 18th after the people who answer the phone for All Green, finally I was put through to an ****** who told me that it was ok to call my own plumber & that to submit damages to see if the owner would pay. I submitted it today and they told me they will not pay, sent me a contract I signed saying they arent responsible, then told me its my fault that the pipes leaked even though I have proof from the plumber it was fixed, and the guy they sent broke a different pipe, admitted it, my renter witnessed it, and he offers to pay me and my renter directly which was uncomfortable. All Green also told me in the end that I can ask the guy directly for payment and not them even though he works for them. Also they told me and I say they since they wont reveal their name on Email that my pipe issue could be due to the Hurricane? My whole area was spared. I have plumbing bills, a sink on the ground w broken pipes, water shut off, renters in a hotel, broken door to outside, etc
