    We received a letter from the **** to have a 5-year Hydrostatic test done for the restaurant. The plumber and the inspector were there to have this tested. While conducting the routine testing the **** Inspector found other issues that needed to be corrected on the premises. The plumber was aware of what needed to be fixed. We paid him in advance for this to be done. When we asked ************************* if he needed anything from our end he said not to worry he will take care of it all. They did not resolve the issues nor did he submit the paperwork with the corrected and resolved issues with proof. We have now received a summons for the unresolved issues in the amount of $9,000. It has gone to collections and we are now liable. He was paid for the work that was incomplete.This company is unprofessional and fraudulent. We would like to report them as I am certain they have done this to other clients.They should pay the fines and correct the issues. We will not be doing business with them any further.
