    I want anyone reading this review to know that I have NEVER written a review before on anything in my life. I bought my White Billards pool table back at the beginning of 2022 and its over two years since I made my initial purchase (01/12/22). I have NEVER received the run around like I have with this company. Basically the pool table showed up with the incorrect felt color and the tabletop did not fit. To this date my tabletop has not been replaced or refund received. A company like this should not be in business if they treat their customers this way. Especially when we are spending thousand$$$$ of dollar$$$ on their products. I waited patiently for five months for my pool table to arrive. Unfortunately, once it arrived, the table had the wrong felt color and the table top that it came with did not fit properly. I immediately informed WB customer service. I was informed that they would work to get the situation corrected right away. Well, their version of right away was literally several months. I continued to get the run around until someone finally came out to change the felt color (as the current one clashed with my decor). Once the felt was changed there was a noticeable scratch on the table. The men who changed the felt, their solution to the problem was to put a sticker over the scratch (Im not making this up)! I reluctantly informed WB customer service about the scratch. I say reluctant because I knew they were not going to do anything about it and I was right. The other outstanding problem I had was the tabletop not fitting correctly. After almost a year, they informed me that they finally had the replacement tabletop but their driver delivered to the wrong address in another state (*********). I dont understand how that is my problem! Needless to say I still dont have my tabletop or $500 refund. I have been lied to throughout this entire exhausting process! Do not spend thousands of your hard earned money with this company!

    WARNING. DO ONOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I purchased a pool table. Spent 20k and it is TERRIBLE. The owner "***" real name ***********************, stated he would provide full refund and went **** Then forwarded an email stating he would not as his costs are too great but admitting the product is defective. Legal action will be brought in Supreme Court in New York or Federal Court TBD. In my opinion FRAUD. Index and details to follow.

    We are trying to resolve the issue with **************** and already agreed to refund the customer, even though it goes against our policy. We are not in the business to upset our customers, no business can thrive that way. The customer's table delivered damaged in transit and wrong color. We attempted to repair and even offered the customer a full replacement with no additional charges. The customer refused and so we have agreed to offer a refund.

    I'm an interior designer and was a little skeptical about ordering a $20k pool table for our client online without seeing it in person, but I was so happy I did! They did everything they said they would do. I ordered the table on 1/6/23 was promised 6-8 week delivery time and it came 2/21/23, which was week 7! The quality of the table was great, im very impressed with this company and used their installer who was super friendly and professional. Definitely recommended and excited to work with them in the future.

    I have never posted a complaint before, but this is the single worse buying experience I have ever had. I wish I could post pictures - this is an awful quality table, and the experience of ordering was even worse. The of the corners that have gaps in and discolored wood, the felt that is stained and one of the sides arrived cracked. Even worse is the order. This is made in China, and it is clearly treated with chemicals. The installed ever referred to the table as a "***" and told me that you should buy in America for pool tables. It is so bad we asked the installer to remove the table immediately. As bad as the table is the customer service experience.
    On 3/28/21 I ordered The Lorren Modern Slate Pool Table By White Billiards × 1 Beige/Grey / 8ft / With Matching Dining Top. The company never told me it was on backorder. Approximately two months after I ordered it they told me "I do, unfortunately, have some news about your order. All orders processed from February – May have been effected by our COVID outbreak in our facility. If you are receiving this email, then your order is going to have some delays. In our experience, COVID delays take 1-3 months to clear." I followed up many times. The order finally arrived in port in October. The shipping took weeks of my time as the shipping company tried to deliver with one person and asked us to supply the labor to get it off the truck. Another attempt they could not get the truck down the driveways (in spite of the me calling them and telling them the truck does not fit). I spend hours on the phone with the delivery company. Somehow all the logistics of the table became my work. Hours and hours of time.
    The installer arrived on 10/28/21. As they installed the table they saw the side was cracked and the felt was stained. Worse though the corners of the table had gaps in them and were discolored. It also has a huge "White Billiards" emblazoned on the side which looks cheap. I said to the installer this looks terrible. He

Production errors and delays fell to your table and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced with us. When the table arrived damaged we removed the table right away and offered a replacement and you requested a refund instead. With no hesitation, we sent the refund to resolve the problem. The issues we had with you does not describe us as who we are as a company. All major companies will have issues with a small handful of customers and it is unfortunate that you were on the receiving end of this mishap. Problems occurred and were resolved. We have many happy customers who enjoy our tables and products and we regret that you did not have that experience.
