      I went to order a wheel for my car 2016 infiniti q50 I took the wheel so he can give me the same one and he said if it wasn't the right one he would refund me the money so I left the wheels there so he can make sure they where the same and when he called me to come for them I paid him $420 and went to try the wheel on my car and it didn't fit so I went back and he said he wasn't going to give me my money back and to leave and he no longer wanted to help me. all I want is my money back I will return his product back. he had a bad attitude with me and he ran me off.

      I am filing this complaint regarding unresolved issues with a set of wheel repairs performed by NYC Wheel Professional on 3/10/2025 at 5:50pm. Despite multiple visits (5 times) and assurances that the work would be completed properly, the repairs remain unsatisfactory and have not addressed the original problems. I went back telling them that the wheels were wobbling and shaking the car and steering wheel and they balanced the wheels and checked over their work on the bends over and over again and havent been able to resolve the fact that the wheels have a horrible vibration and wobble while driving.The paint on the wheels that they did were also peeling off as if they were done improperly. They repainted and fixed the wheels again and still the same issues persisted. I have just recently had unrelated work done to the car at a different mechanic shop and they pointed me to the fact that the wheels were still bent. Every time I went back to NYC Wheel Professionals they would give me a different excuse such as their machines werent working or were damaged and couldnt perform right, and despite that they were still accepting work and still took my wheels in and said that they were able to fix my problem which they didnt. There are reviews now that I see of this similar experiences at this shop and i have experienced peoples frustration in the shop myself from the multiple times i have been back there to get the work ********* total i have paid 1000$ cash in full,(600 for 4 new tires and balancing. And 400 for the wheel repairs/repaint). To include unknowably to me 1 of the tires were from a different brand and I pointed it out to them and they claimed it was fine and wouldnt give issues. I expected the services I received to meet professional standards. I am now seeking a full refund, as the services provided does not meet reasonable expectations and I can see that they arent able to handle the work.I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and fairly.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against NYC Wheel Professionals, located in ********, ***On January 27, 2025, I paid $352 upfront for a rim and tire repair. The service was never completed. Despite receiving full payment, the shop failed to do any of the agreed-upon work.When I contacted them for a refund, they refused and instead offered store credit. However, when I later attempted to use that store credit, the business stopped responding to my calls and messages altogether. At this point, I have paid for a service I never received and have been ignored when trying to follow up.I am requesting a full refund of $352 and for this business to be held accountable for their actions.Attached are supporting documents, including proof of payment and communication attempts.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I made a down payment for a vinyl wrap service from this company on 12/31/2023. I was told that the wrap would be ordered that day to bring my vehicle in a week later. I came in on 01/08/2024 and the wrapping material didn't arrive. I left my vehicle with this company on 01/08/2024 so they can start other services on my vehicle. During my initial conversation with the owner (****) I was told that the service would take 1 week once the wrapping has been started. After dropping my vehicle off I agreed to a longer wait time due to the wrapping material not arriving, which was 2 weeks. The wrapping material arrived on 01/16/2024 and the company begin to wrap my vehicle on 01/17/2024. On 01/22/2024 I was told by the owner (****) to pick up my vehicle the service has been completed. When I arrived the service wasn't done correctly, the wrap was peeling all over the vehicle, my vehicle wasn't reassembled correctly (the driver's side passenger door panel wasn't installed correctly) (the front passenger window button was broken), the parking sensors and blind spot sensors were not working. On 01/23/2024 I was asked by the owner (****) to give him two days to fix everything, on 01/25/2024 I was called by the companies secretary to ask for a day extension until 01/26/2024. On 01/27/2024 I went to pick up my vehicle and the service still wasn't completed, there also was new damage to my vehicle, the front right bumper trim was damaged, the front right passenger side bottom trim was broken, the driver's side passenger"s door handle has been broken, my parking assistance still wasn't working, the wrap wasn't redone correctly and the vehicle wasn't reassembled correctly. I asked why is my vehicle still like this? The owner (****) stated that he is still working on it give him one more day. On 01/29/2024 I check my vehicles GPS and it was located at another shop, I asked why my vehicle was at another shop without my permission and was told by the owner the problem is being fixed.

      Do not go here I warned you once please read these reviews they give good prices because the work and customer service is trash they messed up my tire and didnt complete none of the work on my car they was paid for except one thing and they over tighting all my lug nuts causing one to strip if you do decide to go here just stay and watch some of the work they do on the other cars

      Wanted to keep credit card information on file.Requested credit authorization form even when I was presenting them with credit card.Refused credit card and demanded cash only. Not liscended to perform mechanical work, & performing brake work etc.

      There are too many unacceptable things from this job. i had to spend a lot of money at the dealer to order the parts and hardware that they either lost or broke. i took the car to another wrap shop and they told me that the work that was done will completely fail all around the car. I found ****s from too much pressure using the squeegee, wrinkles everywhere, wrap is already peeling in a bunch of places. The back of my rims are scraped up from being dragged on the floor, the balance is so off that my car shakes violently above 50 mph even throws off my tpms sensor, i found a rubber weather strip laying in my trunk, the worker told me that a spot i pointed to was paint defect and it ended up being dirt so he lied to me, the spots where the wrap is peeling i can see the dirt was left on the car meaning it wasnt cleaned before applying wrap which is why its failing plus dirt specs showing all over the car, my tailight nuts (there are three), they used one to hold my bumper, it was missing another which i found inside the bumper, and the last and only one holding the tailight was loose, my camera was left unplugged, and the calipers are all missing their bleeder s**** caps, all the calipers have scratch **** looking things in the powdercoat, and all of the wrap is overlayed on the entire car instead of being flush with the next piece, the cuts are all wavy. I no longer trust bringing my car there. $3300 to wrap the car and have rims powdercoated, $400 to have the calipers powdercoated. When i originally reached out he said he would fix the job they did but then told me to come the next week, then again the next week, and then my car broke down when i was going to bring it and after finding all these issues on top of the work being terrible I no longer want to bring my car to this shop. I requested from **** a refund so that I may take it somewhere else and he denied. Bad job, missing or broken hardware and damaged components. This is just a little bit of what upset me.

      On 8/12/22 I dropped off a wheel to get refinished and was given no latter than 3 business days for the wheel to be completed. It is now 8/22/22 and still my wheel is not completed they have no excuse as to why it was not done and I feel they may have lost my wheel.

      I left my vehicle with NYCWHEELPROFESSIONALS to fix 4 damaged rims I was told to sign A *********** left the business the key to my vehicle so that they would be able to finish their work as they did not have spares tires to fit my vehicle. While leaving my vehicle with the company they occurred 2 tickets that werent given to me but instead were discarded which by now have Accumulated fees , Ive tried to contact to owner to no resolve.
