      Paid 3200 for a service and caused more damage to my vehicle costing and additional 4000

      Spent 3000$ to get an horrible service. They messed up my car and caught parking tickets that they felt is my problem to pay while my car was in their possession. Not only that they played with the inside of my car and broke the pull the open my hood. I would not recommend this place! I am out of 3000$ and have to pay for parking tickets as well as repairs

      They did a absolute horrible wrap job on my car! They broke my driver side door it wont open now, they broke my headlight, they broke the nozzles on my hood they wrap the bumper as sloppy as u can do it wrap is already bubbling and it's on been like 2 weeks. I paid for body work to be done on the car they only changed the fender and wrapped the car with the dents. They didn't even clean the car before wrapping you can see glue residue everywhere. The manager **** is full of sh*t will tell one thing and do another Do not take your car here!

      Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Went for a paint correction, ceramic coating, chrome delete & powder coating. Received a botched job on a new car, attitudes, excuses and a handful of lies..Tailgate badging/lettering hanging off, glue left on car, chipped paint that wasn't there before, missing screws on roof rack, chipped and dented logos, vinyl wrap is peeling (day 1) and scratches were left on the car. Cloudy film/orange peel on the paint. Now I need to go elsewhere and pay more money to get things fixed the right/correct way. Their customer service skills are horrendous and they clearly only care about how much money they will make off you and not about doing the right thing or making the customer happy. Their staff is extremely inexperienced and there is no communication. False timeliness on completion dates, was promised a 2-3 day max *************** around and they had the car 6days and still had issues upon pick up. They wanted to keep the car an additional 3 days to fix the damages. Had to refuse and take as is. When they messed up they don't own up to their mistakes, they lie then blame it on their staff. They give you empty promises and go back on their word.If you care about your car and want things done correctly, save the trip and go elsewhere.. it's not worth the money, frustration, aggravation, disappointment or your overall time.

      Broke my wheel locks, Tito promised to repair, did not and then fought about it. Then the powder coat chipped off all over a year later. Give this place a 0 out of 100. The owner is rude when his people brake cars also have video of them joy riding my car and smoking weed inside of it. Plenty of other good places in that location to go to besides him that helped me out after his catastrophe.
