    I ordered a humidifier plus (and filter subscription) at the beginning of November. Order # *********. I got an email notification that it had shipped on November 24. Product arrived around December 8. Got everything set up and running. Loved it! Ordered more. About a month later, product stopped working properly. I filled up the water tank, but when placed on base, it didnt drain. I checked the spring mechanism that holds/allows water to flow out, and when I pushed it with my finger, water would come out. I set back on base but still no water would drain out into the basin/reservoir. I sent an email to Canopy (per website instructions) on January 10. I received an automated response that day, discussing order and shipment timesnothing to do with any issues I was reporting. I sent a reply on January 13. No response. I tried again on January 17. Still nothing. Researched and saw many complaints/issues with customer service. I contacted my Credit Card and they gave me a phone number to try. Ive called twice and left two messages (January 23 & 24) but have yet to receive any response to address our faulty product. It has now been 15 days of repeatedly reaching out and reviving no response.

    We own a Canopy humidifier that was purchased for our child's nursery. About four months after it was purchased, the humidifier stopped working properly - the water barely leaves the water tank, therefore, the humidity levels in the room are low, which defeats the purpose of having a humidifier. We sent multiple emails to the company's Customer Support team and even reached out to them via their social media account, but have not received any response.

    I ordered a humidifier and must have pushed the 2 instead of 1. I received two humidifiers and have been trying for two weeks to get a return label to send the one back that I have not opened. I cannot get any response after numerous emails and its obvious they are not going to answer me and give me a return label.

    I bought a Canopy humidifier last month and started using it this month. My dry eyes started to worsen as the weather got colder and heating turned up. I bought a hygrometer to check because the Canopy was not performing as expected. The humidity level was very low with little change throughout the day even on high. This doesn't, or barely works. It is more for aromatherapy or something because the scent is the only thing that it is sort of effective for. I have contacted the company today after Christmas break to return the defective product.

    Placed an order for two canopy humidifers on 11/28/22- Order# *********. My credit card was charged on 11/29-$331.31. I received an email confirming my order and an additional e-mail stating my order was shipping on 11/29. On 12/1 I received another e-mail stating the color I selected was out of stock, I replied to the e-mail with an alternate color selection and have heard nothing. I've e-mailed the company 6 times since and have not received any additional communication. The company does not have a telephone number on their website; e-mail communication is the only option yet I have not received any responses. I never received the items I paid for; at this point I want a refund.

    I ordered a humidifier from them. My credit card was charged and I never received an order confirmation. It has now been two weeks and I still have not received my product nor has an order confirmation even been sent. **************** wont respond to my inquiries.

    Ordered the product online, but immediately cancelled online (order number: *********) with no response from business. Multiple attempts were made to cancel with no response from business and no other way to contact the business except email (which they do not respond to). I got an email today that the items will be shipped. I do not want the items to ship, if they do, I want the company to immediately send me a return label and credit my credit card for payment. I am making this complaint early seeing all the other issues other consumers have had with Canopy.

    I have purchased with order number ********* for an amount of $570.00 It showed delivered but never here. It shows in locker but never there. Contacted them billions time, they only responded once with a person name *****. After that they stopped responding. I need my full refund back at this point. They are very lack of responses!!!!!!!!
