    I recently purchased a gas stove from summit appliances. In switching from natural gas to propane, one of the orifices would not come out and i needed a replacement stove valve. I talked to quite a few people at summit, but ******* **** was the best. She took care of everything and i got the new part. ******* was very helpful and knowledgeable. I want to thank her very much for all she did in getting me that new part.

    Horrible experience with customer service. Needed help with their BIM44G ice maker because after I installed it, I checked the interior and there was something like black soot all over then inside. Summit would only told me to run the clean cycle a few times with ice maker wash and would not provide any more help. I did this and none of it came off. Clearly this product was dirty from the beginning and to get to this level of grime and soot is unbelievable. It's not even possible to wipe clean because it's all inside the water reservoir and metal ice making unit where all the water flows through. I called back and asked for a solution and was met with blatant disrespect, told there were other calls they needed to attend to, and before I could request a real solution, the person on the tech support side hung up on me. Garbage service. Granted it was a little under a year of purchase when I reported this the first time and a few months over a year purchase when I reported it last after the washing cycle did nothing but to provide me with no solution and hang up on me was a ridiculous way to treat a customer. I will never purchase a Summit appliance ever again. This ice maker leaked the first time I started it up too and had to get an internal piece replaced. Summit is just a poor quality company overall, both in terms of product quality and consumer after care help.

    I bought a double refrigerator drawer unit and have had nothing but issues with two separate units. They did replace the first one as it was under warranty but then the replacement also stopped working with separate issues. Seems to be a very poorly made product. On top of that its been nearly impossible to find a tech to come work on it, despite them sending me 3 recommendations. Extremely disappointed for such an expensive unit!

    Range Panel Incorrectly Wired On 5/14/25 I ordered a 36 Summit Range through *******, who used a 3rd party distributor, GB2 Appliances. The range was delivered 2 weeks later, on 5/28, by ***. My old stove was removed, but because the rear panel was incorrectly wired the installation could not be completed. The installer, ******, took photos of the wiring, forwarded them to unk entity, and advised either the panel or the whole range needed to be replaced.On 5/31 and 6/6/25 I called ******* and reported the problem. In both instances I received an e-mail advising me that they contacted GB2 Appliances and they (GB2) would contact me within 48 hours. I sent an extensive e-mail to GB2 on 6/3/25 detailing the issue. As of this date (6/9/25) I have heard nothing back from GB2.On 6/7/25 I mailed a copy of both my purchase order and e-mail to GB2, along with the Owner Registration Certificate to the ********************************* ******* ************************** ************** of my concerns, besides having an inoperative range, is whether this range can be returned after 30 days, if the problem has not been resolved.This has not been a pleasant experience. I expect more from *******. Beware when ordering from ******* if the item is being obtained through a 3rd party.Communications regarding delivery time through RXO was not good however, the delivery man and installer were pleasant, considerate, neat, and very professional.

    Small refrigerator. Only size that would fit in coffee bar due to plumber s**** up. Regardless, millwork contractor applied a painted panel and used silicone and drywall screws to attach panel. The screws corrupted the wire harness in the drawer and refrigerator cooled but showed an error code and alarm. Summit technician ****** assisted me in tracking down the problem and even suggested a strategy to fix and re-apply the panel. Thank you ******!

    I moved into an apartment recently. It came with a range from Summit.. I had an extra turkey left from last winter and decided I better cook it. The darn thing would not fit in that " risky dink" oven. As a consumer and someone who holds two design degrees, I do NOT recommend this product. Unfortunately this is an apartment, so I can do nothing about it. Why this builder decided to use upgraded cabinets and skimp on appliances, is beyond me. I hope I can keep other consumers and contractors from making the same mistake. This brand is cheap as is poorly built.

    I received outstanding service from Destiny, a Summit Appliance employee.I would like to particularly commend her for her help in locating and securing a part that I needed for my Summit refrigerator.I would not have been able to get this part if it wasnt for Destinys diligence and tenacity in searching for it because the refrigerator model that I own is now discontinued and the parts were no longer available from all of the sources that I tried. She took my information and called me back the next to let me know that she had secured the part for me. I cant tell you how grateful I feel that my call was answered by Destiny, an employee who definitely cares and is a great example of what it means to value customers. *********************** should be made aware of what a valuable employee they have in Destiny.Thank you Destiny.

    Tech support takes on a whole new meaning due to ******** technical service at Summit Appliance. ****** has gone above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before in working with a technical support provider. His help with my Summit Refrigerator has been invaluable. I love my Summit Refrigerator and the support that Summit provides.
