My husband and I purchased a 2020 **** Transit 250 at the 26 mtors dealership in ***** on September 24, 2023. At that time they told us that the license plate and registration processing was added to the purchase price and that they would They were in charge of the entire process. We made it clear that we were from ********** ******** and we were assured that this was not a problem for the processing that in 30 days we would have our registration and registration.We work 30 days with a temporary registration. The vehicle we acquire is essential for our transportation business, so not having a valid license plate and registration puts our company in serious problems because we breach contracts, lose clients and collaborations. A week without work in our company represents delays in payments and obligations already contracted.For this reason, when we realized that the plate or the registration did not arrive, we contacted a dealer salesperson again and asked that they please take into account the serious situation we were in and that they please provide some solution. After that, on October 18th we received the new temporary registration with an expiration date of November 16th.Given the delay again and foreseeing the consequences of not having the registration and registration updated on November 7, we requested that the documents be sent to us so that we can directly manage the registration and registration on our own.Due to the negligence and lack of attention and professionalism of the employees and managers of the place, we received documents that we cannot use for processing. After calling more than ten times and being mistreated by the lady at the reception, they told us that they were going to send it overnight and they didn't even take it to the delivery. ***** tracking says it doesn't have it. I bought a van from 26 motors and I been scammed with the price and with van and the price and the contract I signed..I been a big victim with this dealership..the van is totally frames damaged and unsafe to drive and I go back second day to return it and they refuse. And they didn't gave me any receipt for mv 50 sales tax and I don't know how much they regested the van I been totally got hurt from this dealership ..I paid 20 k down-payment and finally they return the van for me and I lost ****k dollars from my money for what I really don't know. I bought a vehicle from 26 motors Bronx ******** in 2021 and the next following business day I took the car there complaining about issues I was experiencing with the car, the car was smelling like fumes and was shaking at 70mph something was wrong with they way the car was driving and sometimes when i start the car there was white smoke coming out the hood, so I took the car back up there to them to fix the issue or trade me out the car which the promise to do within 2-3 months I just have to wait for my ****** to come in the mail and bring it up to ******** and theyll trade me out the car promising me they will definitely take the car back and give me a better working price of same value of my car which was $30,000 plus interest of 15% which sum up to $45,000 and they didnt inform me or the financing institution the car was a salvage ****** car, this dealership has been giving me the run arounds going back and forth ******** over 30 times Calling them over ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** communication with me that they fix my car or trade me out for months and months going pass, connect me with over 6 different people that work for them to resolve my problem and nothing was still done, I took my car up to the dealership a lot of times so they can look at it and fix my problems but they didnt so I took it to for dealership on ********** that said my car needed a new engine with I told the dealer and they told me they handle it and still never did and my car is still at the shop for over 4 months now and i cant get back nd forth to work to pass my car loan and insurance, this dealership did a lot of shady business with my with my whole deal which a lot of information dont match up the financing bankInitial Complaint

I went to 26 motors to purchase a car on September 4, 2022. Was scammed and intimidated by the employees of the company. The official website original price of $18,950 for 2019 ****** Altima 2.5 SR ***** (P1) was changed to $25,595 in the contract. And the originally marked 5%~7% interest rate is increased to ****%. This wasted my time at work (1pm-5pm), therefore, I demand the company to compensate for the loss and apologize to me.Meanwhile, in the supervisor's office, the supervisor of 26 motors claimed to call the police because he did not acknowledge everything that was written in the contract with the price. The company asked me to sign and purchase an insurance contract worth $600 without yet informing me of the price of the car, which I refused to do. They took away my credit card, ID and driving license and printed it, which made me depressed. At the same time, I signed three contracts for credit authorization.I called a psychiatrist in a state of stress and fear and made an appointment to go to psychotherapy the following week, where I pleaded to be treated fairly and protected. I purchased a vehicle on July 25, 2022. Part of the deal was $1000 from the dealership (Etai, one of the owners, made this offer and agreement personally) for payment assistance after they doubled the price of the car as it had been listed online. Also I was given a receipt for a "We Owe" stating they owed me floor mats, k**** for the rear climate controls, and air bag service because the "service air bag" light shows from the first test drive. I have been calling several times a week asking for an update and each time I am told that the manager is "in a meeting" and my messages will be relayed and the proper people have been notified, etc. It has been over a month of my calls and no one ever returns them. The week after I bought my car, I heard from a woman to confirm the order of floor mats and knobs, but since then I have had nothing. The "We Owe" states that it is void after 30 days and they have waited me out that long now. I desperately need help.Customer Answer

Date of transaction was on 08/07/2022.Purchased a 2020 ***** Accord Sport that was advertised originally for $24k ended up paying $38k between fees and them jacking up the price. Sold the vehicle to me with a check engine light on which ended up being NO catalytic convertor which is a federal offense in ********. In addition to that sold me a car that was modified with no wheel locks. I purchased a car from this company which they told me was a finance but it turns out was a lease which shouldnt be possible on a used car and was not what I asked for leaving me in a situation I didnt want to be in. Also it is $20,000 in negative equity that the owner could not explain and should not be there. 26 Motors has violated me by blatantly refusing to comply with me exercising my right of rescission under 15 USC **** TILA. My rescission notice was served and signed for on 07/11/2022 and was ignored. 26 Motors has also committed fraud by wrongfully taking cash from me to cover down payment expenses only to later discover the very same charges were included in the finance charge. 26 Motors fraudulently financed a vehicle as the original creditor with **************** however, the financial obligation of 26 Motors debt became a burden to me without full disclosure or my signature on said agreement. *********** sent me a finance agreement bearing a signature that does not belong to me nor am I an assignee to any finance agreement with 26 motors. I am demanding my rescission and full refund of any and all moneys issued to 26 Motors and or any financial institutions associated with this fraudulent transaction.
