    My car was towed on the ********** on 3/24/25 around 4pm. I was told by the officer that I could pick my car up immediately. Upon calling I was told by a ******* that the closed at 4 and buisness hours was from 8-4 even though the officer stated on record that they were supposed to be 24hrs which is also stated online. I called the next morning 8am sharp and was told they havent received my vehicle yet. I called back at 10am to which my car turned up and it would be 600$ to receive my car. 45$ a day plus fees according to them they didnt have my car when I called at 8 but somehow Im being charged for 2 days of storage? 90$ for storage and 400$ in fees for having my car less than 12 hrs? Insane. This is literally a shake down, somehow a legal one? What are the parameters for storage? How can you say you didnt have my car 2 hrs ago now you do and its gunna be 600$ for 2 days even though I didnt have the car for 1 day ? Extortion.
