    Dear *********** have attached the police report as an attachement. Please consider.I parked my car on ***************** in the *****, between *************** and **************. When I returned, my car was missing. I promptly contacted the 40th Precinct multiple times, providing my license plate number and VIN, but they informed me that they had no record of my vehicle.Several months later, I received a call from D&M Towing, stating they had my car and demanding a substantial fee for storage. I was never notified by the police or the towing company about my car being impounded. D&M Towing should have reported the vehicle to the police when they towed it, and I was not informed that my car was being stored in their facility.Furthermore, my car contained valuable electronics, leather seats, a camera, and other personal belongings, all worth at least $9,986. This situation feels unlawful, as D&M Towing did not notify me of the towing and storage, and now they are threatening to take my car unless I pay the excessive fees.I believe the towing company should return my car or compensate me for its value and the loss of my belongings.I look forward to a resolution to this matter.Sincerely,** ***

    My vehicle was stolen and when they police found it, they contacted this towing company to pick it up. I found out the day after that it was recovered at 8pm the previous night. I went to the location that was given when i called to pick it up. I paid what i considered was too high of a price when they only had the vehicle for 10hours. a cost of $400. when they brought out the vehicle the person driving the pallet **** to drop it off on the side of the building dropped it off very quickly which this caused my bumper to hit the pallet **** and detach. I told the owner who was there screamed at me that it was already broken. he was very rude and cursed at me, then he walked over to his business door and threatened to take out his dogs, this man is very unprofessional. he then closed the door in our faces and then he says he broke it and he will not pay for it.
