    The auto shop came and picked my vehicle up on December 2. I filed the claim because my vehicle got sideswiped while parked. Its been at custom auto ****************************************************** since December 2 today is January 5. I got my car back and I still have the same damage from when they took my car on December 2, they signed some paperwork with my name on it to get the check sent to them from from my insurance company they committed a fraudulent act. Im going to also report them to my insurance company and send them the pictures because the damage on my car is still the same , so they need to send back my insurance money to my insurance company so I can get my vehicle fixed somewhere else because again they are racist and the owner **** called me a ***** ***** so I definitely do not ever want to do business at custom auto ******************************************************

    5/5/23 My car was in a accident, the shop had my car tow & told me the vehicle was totaled & couldnt be repaired, so he will put a *********** car.(2018 cla250 ********* I went every month asking about receipts & any fees. The shop kept telling me not to worry about it, the bank will handle it even though I explained that the vehicle had liability since the accident.Now I bring someone to check then he says car can fix & he wont charge storage if he fixs it, now this week hes saying its not fixable again. Now he wants to charge $125 daily from 5/5/23 till now, this is the receipt & the first time im seeing it is 9/20/23. After *** asked from the first day & kept being brushed off.
