On 4/19/25 ****** muller called me to tell me she was not going to finish filing my tax papers because of a accusation of threats from myself to her worker. I was upset at them because I live in ** and have been filling with them for years but this time around they filed my taxes and did not tell me I might have to print them out and then scan it to Then so k was super upset and I already paid them but my paper work was still not filed and would have taken longer if I print them and scan them so I said to the worker in the phone I wish I was over at ny to speak to them verbally because it was Upsetting for me to pay my last couple of dollars to this business and yet my paper work was not done yet and now would have delayed the process. The worker made it bigger than it was and started accusing me of threats when it was not true. So after she advices me they would not file my papers I told her okay then so can k get a refund and they would not do so they told me to figure it out and to call my bank. I was actually able to send them my papers at the end of it all which they received it sign And all but she refuse to do my taxes and also refused to refund my money instead told me to do it myself . Please help me this is not right at all and very unprofessional of them at the end of it all.

*** ******* sent us her tax papers on 2/4/25 to file her 2024 tax return. We completed the return and called her on 2/6/25 to review. Between 2/6/25 and 4/7/25 we left 6 messages that the return was ready to review, sign and file.*** finally replied on "Tax Day" 4/15/25 by email. We called her the next day on 4/16/25, reviewed the return, charged her card and uploaded her documents to our secure portal for her final approval and signature that is required for electronic filing of her return. Many of our clients live out of state and we offer many ways for them to sign their paperwork when they cannot come in person...by mail, by fax and by secure web portal. She chose our web portal. Clients are able to log in to download and sign electronically or they can print out the paperwork, sign and return the paperwork to us, whichever way is easier for the client. This needs to be done before the return can actually be filed with the *** and applicable state. At this point her return was prepared but not filed. She called us on 4/18/25 and in less than one minute was cursing at ****, a new employee, because she was having trouble signing the forms electronically. **** explained that most clients cannot sign using a cell phone and need to use a tablet or computer, or print the forms to sign.*** started cursing that this is ******** and **** immediately passed the phone to *********. ********* also explained to *** her options for signing. *** said she was paying us for the convenience of signing online, but that is not true. She is paying us to prepare and file her return. Signing online is just one option we offer for clients but there is no fee involved. Every time ********* tried to tell her that was just one option for signing, *** would yell and curse over ********* and not even listen to anything she said. For 13 and a half minutes *** was cursing and yelling on the phone, she repeatedly told ********* "you better be glad I am not there in person" and "this is ******* *********. She also said twice she would do something to *********** face! But she was yelling so much ********* could not hear exactly what she would do. At this point ********* had had enough. She told *** that she would need to speak to me and hung up. I was not in the office that day, but when I came in the next day **** and ********* let me know what happened. Unfortunately this is not the first year that *** has been rude on the phone with us. But repeatedly threatening an employee is completely unacceptable. She claims in her complaint that she was upset that having to print the pages to sign would've taken too long, yet it took over 2 months for her to return our calls to complete the return.  I called her on 4/19/25 and told her we would not be filing her tax return this year or any year in the future. I told her that she cannot threaten and speak to us the way she did and still expect us to keep her as a client. *** did ask if I was going to refund her tax preparation fee and I told her that we already did enough work for her and took enough abuse from her and that it would be easier and quicker to get her money back if she just called her credit card company and disputed the charge. *** said "wow, really?" and "that's fine". I then ended the call. I prefer that we have no further contact with her.
