    Date of attempted transaction: July 4 & 5, 2025 When I attempted to post both June and July online, I encountered the following:1. I had to reset my password again for the second time in three months.2. A message stating I was blocked from making online payments When I called no answer (one day was a holiday). Sent an email in regards to this since I shouldnt have incurred another late fee nor a fee to post by phone. In the email I provided my contact number, to which I received no call nor response to my email.A week later I received a foreclosed notice, whilst having a family death. Nonetheless this is the second time this occur, the other time was resolved due to a staff assistance. I wasnt given any warning or communication either time of my card being Block. The employee informed me previously when I contacted them during the first instance, that this is a measure taken when the unit is going to be foreclosed. With no communication they block you from paying because they are going to foreclosed? How is this legal? Note Im incurring more fees due to not being able to pay online not being able to go to their site. They also dont allow you to pay your bill at another business ************ is it legal to limit my ways of paying without communicating this? I will attempt today to pay, yet if forced to pay fees I will like to be informed whether this is legal, and his to proceed.
