**** of Freedom Stairlifts installed my stairlifts several years ago. He has always been prompt and reliable about any problems that came up. I have had a stairlift for over one year. I had a scheduled doctor’s appointment. My stairlift was not working. I called ****. He was at my house within fifteen minutes. He knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it. He replaced the part that had to be replaced in less than half an hour. I was able to keep my doctor’s appointment . **** is dependable and reliable. He is very responsible and caring when it comes to stairlift he has installed. I would recommend stairlift to anyone who is looking for a chairlift for their loved ones.Review from Beth Z.

I had an emergency with my mother's stairlift. The company I purchased it from refused to come for 5 days! (Another story for another time) - but **** from ********* ***, who couldn't have been nicer, told me he couldn't help me with my particular stairlift but that I should call **** at Freedom. **** came that night and could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped me out in a real jam. This is how you do business, folks! Highly recommended.Review from Rocele L

We recently and suddenly were in need of an outdoor stairlift for my father and had no clue where to start. We googled stairlift companies in NY and reached out to a few and upon speaking to Noel at Freedom Stairlifts- we decided to do business with them. Noel was attentive, compassionate, patient, informative,and fair. Thank you so much for your awesome customer service!!
