    Refund and Exchange Policy

    Our Stairlifts have 12 months warranty which applies from the date we install the stairlift and which covers the cost of parts and labor for faulty manufacture or installation. Misuse is not covered 

    We buy back - depreciation as follows: 1st year 30%, 2nd year 20%, 3rd year 10% 

    Our refund policy follows the New York Consumer refund law. Return and Exchange within 30 days of purchase, removal and reinstallation fee may apply.
