I originally visited this location for an eye exam covered under my ***** ***************** When I requested to see the frames included in my insurance coverage, the female supervisor at the store informed meincorrectlythat there were no frames under $100. I explained that I would prefer to go to another location if that were the case, as I was relying on my insurance benefit. However, she insisted and pressured me into selecting a random frame, which I later discovered may have been an effort to secure her own commission.Additionally, she incorrectly entered my information into the system, causing multiple issues during future visits and phone calls. When I attempted to follow up regarding the status of my glasses, I was met with verbal hostility and was even told I had called the wrong store. She refused to let me speak with the owner and placed blame on me for the data entry error that was clearly hers. Her tone was consistently aggressive and unprofessional, creating a hostile and emotionally distressing experience. When I returned to pick up my glasses, I was again met with hostility and rude behavior. Her mannerisms and verbal conduct were more reminiscent of someone attempting to intimidate or manipulate, rather than a professional providing healthcare-related customer service. The situation has only worsened. I recently broke my glasses and immediately called to request a replacement, as my severe myopia requires constant corrective lenses. Despite this, she was passive-aggressive, unable to find my file (due to her earlier mistake), and again refused to help me in a courteous or constructive ****** has now been over a month since Ive had functioning glasses, and I have been unable to leave my home unassisted due to my vision impairment. As a mother and survivor of traumaincluding domestic violenceI can say without exaggeration that this experience has been retraumatizing. The verbal aggression, manipulation, and refusal to help
