I purchased an IPhone 12 mini 128gb from GSM Club LLC or Hybrid IT as he used in Amazon. I paid $319.73. Usually IPhones from Amazon on the cheaper side are guaranteed at no lower than 80% battery health. Anything less Apple recommends to replace it. I paid a little bit more for this one because it was guaranteed 90% or higher. I cant remember the name of the program, but its Amazon premium renewed or something like that where the products are a little better quality. I want an iPhone with a good battery health so I bought this one under that stipulation. When I received the phone, it was at 95% and I was very happy. But the last couple of weeks, my battery has been draining very rapidly, which was very odd. When I went to go check the battery health it dropped and stand at 80%, only after 4 months of use. This shouldnt be happening. Ive bought iPhones in the past that were brand new or partially used and it takes years for them to go from 100 or 90-something percent to 80%. Somehow, the seller inflated the battery life to 95% so make it seem like it was in great battery health. There are videos online that show this tactic. I got ripped off. I contacted Amazon and theyre doing little to no help. The seller was given 48 hours to reply and never did. I contacted Amazon they gave him another 48 hours and I was thinking why are you doing this? He can just refund me then Ill ship the phone. But Amazon says I have to return the phone first before I get the refund. Amazon requested that they send me an advanced refund first then Ill ship out the phone afterwards. I cant be phoneless for a couple of weeks until I get my refund back. Everyone needs their phone. Why should I give up this phone back first because this guy was unethical and scamming to begin with? What I wants is either a full refund, a suitable replacement with an actual battery that hasnt been tampered with that has good battery health and then Ill ship this phone back. Please help me out BBB.

On 4 August, I purchased 2 iPhones 11 128G online for my parents who live in ********** **********. There seems to have been a glitch, and two orders were created and billed for 4 iPhones 11 128G on 28 July. I reached out to the company on 6 August to get RMA to return the two extra phones but did hear back. I reached out 2 other times via the Groupon app and also directly on their website. They have a 30 day return policy which I uploaded. On 7 August the phones arrived and none of the 4 was what I actually purchased with all being iPhone 11 64G and not as shown on one of the four packing list attached. I contacted them to get an exchange on the 2 iPhones 64G for iPhones 128G and also mentioned my requested RMA request to return the 2 extra phones to no avail.

I purchased a iPhone from this company back in June of 2022. I got a new phone through my carrier and wanted to sell the phone for extra money and I cannot sell it due to it being blacklisted. I should have never been sold a blacklisted phone. Also when purchased it was supposed to be purple but I had received red but had reached out to them and told them that I would keep it since I really just needed a phone.

The customer never returned the device for a refund. The device can clearly be returned for a refund and the customer is stating the device is reported lost or stolen, We can refund the item if she chooses to return it but clearly shes trying to keep the phone and trying to get a refund.

I am not trying to keep the phone, I sent it out to be returned. Now if they actually give me a refund I wont know until whenever they get the phone.
