    When *********** asked for a tip, it threw up red flag. Then finding out *********** is not BBB accredited threw up another red flag. So I am not placing my order with this company after spending a lot of time with doing personalization on two separate puzzles. After reading all of the complaints from different people, they were not good and appears that shipping would be coming from ***** after stating that their address for the company was in ********. Thanks, but no thanks!

    Ive ordered a Christmas ornament and it appears coming directly from *****. So, even though ordered with plenty of time, I highly doubt arrival by Christmas as its still in *****. The add said delivery in 10 days- wrong. I am still hoping to receive it, but had the add been honest and stated coming from *****, I would not have ordered. Too bad vendors have to be deceitful.

    My experience was great.I ordered 4 friend mugs. Mugs turned out great! Received them a week early, which was awesome. They were packed very well and were in excellent condition. Very, very happy with the mugs.

    Trying to order a canvas picture of my dog. I have to pay for it before I can choose the background color. And now they wont change the preview. I keep talking to a bot and they keep closing the conversation without resolving anything. I will dispute the charge in Amex.

    Very deceiving, ordered the keychain, they asked what song I would like. Made it sound like the keychain would play this song. It doesn’t. I paid $23 for a postage size piece of plastic. I suggest using ****, I’ve done some research, and this is Al made in China. Total ripoff.

    My order was for a Xmas gift, I was sent an email saying it was shipped, then one saying out for delivery. When I received email saying it had been delivered, it said left at front desk, reception, or mail room. NOPE have none of those. Just my front door. Called company, was told to wait two business days as courier would sometimes say it was delivered when it was loaded on *** truck. Waited the two business days, over weekend so really 4 days, called again. This time went through entire problem again, no sorry, no front desk, they decided that item was lost. REALLY??? Replacement or refund. Nonxmas gift on Xmas day for my sister. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have told all my friends and family to never order from them, and told them to tell everyone they know, too. ZERO stars.

    I gave this site three tries and I've literally had issues all three times. This most recent time, only 1 out of 4 of the items I purchased arrived. I was informed that they use the same tracking for multiple packages - I find that to be a bunch of horse poop. How does anyone including their own company track multiple packages if there is only one tracking number and it only tracks one of the packages? I then requested for a reprint and they couldn't guarantee the delivery by Christmas and they won't compensate by expediting either. I order this on Nov 27th! They are claiming their system is limited which I again find this to be a bunch of horse ****. I then asked them to reprint but give me a discount for my inconvenience like refunding the shipping and again they claimed that the system won't allow that. HOWEVER, after I insisted that they are screwing me all around and that they are ripping me off because they only refunded 73% vs 75% for only receiving 1 out of 4 items, they were magically able to refund all the shipping. This tells me there is a way, they just refused to assist until you really make a stink about it. I had bought these for each of my sisters' family and now I only have 1 to give as a gift. I they are extremely dishonest and their customer service has very little ability to help customers. I believe they are borderline a fraud company. As much as I really like the concept and the products, I would never order from them again and I would encourage folks to think twice!

    I ordered from them an ornament of my dog that passed away. All 8 of the photos shown on their website, emails and promotions display a 3D version of a dog laying asleep in angels wings. The one they sent me seemed to be a photo print on acrylic, FLAT ornament. I'm SO disappointed in the misrepresentation of their photos. I only noticed the "Flat acrylic" in very small print on my order (never in any of the email confirmations they sent). I will never purchase anything from this company again.

    I tried to order a very special ornament for my sister. Her dog recently passed away. I personalized the ornament and was so excited to receive it. I got it today and much to my despair I simply received the ornament they advertised with no personalization. Im devastated.
