    Seeking ADHD and autism diagnosis. Paired with *******************************. Told in first hour phone call she was 99% sure I had ADHD and shes only be wrong once. After todays call, she was pushing the idea there is nothing medically wrong with me despite my current medical recommendations and blood work saying different. I ended the call and texted saying I didnt think this would work. She went on to agree, adding that I was disrespectful , yelling at her, and made her feel unsafe then proceeds to say she is able to make a diagnosis that I dont have ADHD or autism after never meeting me in person and also saying she CANNOT give me a full diagnosis without in person evaluation. I asked her receptionist where to file a complaint (politely) and she blocked my number leaving me no way to get in contact with their HR department. She is trying to falsify my medical records even though she didnt not want to see me until I asked to not see her. She even left a voicemail trying to schedule my next appointment. She is extremely unprofessional, judgmental, and opinionated. She doesnt seem to know what she is doing and lets her personal feelings and personal life get in the way of the proper care of her patients. I even sought her out to help with my emotional problems, so to now have my care delayed and now denied, is alarming to me. Especially when she changed her feelings on my diagnosis based on my not wanting to see her anymore. Misdiagnosing people because your feelings are hurt is unbelievable

    My birth control was suppose to come every 3 months, auto shipped and it never arrived. I have many emails and text messages to the company that went unanswered. Now I am dealing with a very painful month. If the business is closed, then this needs to be updated to everyone especially the ones who need their birth control for medical reasons like myself. I am suffering without any and going with a new birth control company took 3 weeks to establish. Shame on simple health!

    I was charged $25 for a "consultation fee" which includes a yearly prescription. I requested a prescription and was told they would review it and get back to me. I emailed them 8 or 9 times, at one point asking for a refund since they are not providing service and I have not gotten any responses. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3-4 weeks. There is no phone number to call or any other way of communicating. I have also not received my refund.

    On 3/21/23 I paid $25 to simplehealth for a sleep med. On 3/31 I received a urinary tract medicine instead. I promptly sent screenshots of the order, what I received and the mailed it came in. I never heard anything back. Ive reached out 4 times at this point and its been silent.

    I placed an order for my birth control subscription at April 1st. I was charged full amount although I have insurance on file. I never get a shipment tracking or email notifying that my order is completed. *** sent emails and text message. I never got any response. Im running low with pills. I want to cancel it but I dont have any option. How is this ok? Simple health is basically stealing money by taking orders and theyre not even processing it.

    I attempted to refill a prescription and obtain a new prescription. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at the company so I was charged $20 and have not received anything from them. I was charged $20 on March 25th 2023 and have not received a response. there is no phony number to call, customer service does not reply to emails or texts, there is no way to cancel your account or remove your payment method. This is a scam. There is no way to respond to the Dr so there is no way to get your prescription.

    I am beyond disgusted with this company. They provide birth control to several females that gets shipped to your house. My prescription ran out of refills so I attempted to renew my script and the last question requires you to verify your phone number however it is supposed to send you a verification code however it does NOT because you cant even hit the button send code not sure why. I contacted the company by email 3x (still no response), I contacted them on ******** (no response), I contacted them on instagram (no response) AND I texted their number and still NOTHING! I even went as far as calling the pharmacy they are affiliated with and they gave me a direct phone number which has a recording stating they are not taking calls at this time. It is completely unethical to provide a service of birth control online and then make it IMPOSSIBLE to obtain refills when theres young girls out there who can only obtain birth control this way. Its like they are literally setting people up to become pregnant.

    They will not respond to any communication and my subscription has been in progress for months. I am now on my last week and my body will be facing serious withdrawals due to this companys negligence.

    I placed an order for birth control with this company and had no problems in the past. I recently ordered again from them several weeks ago and received an email confirmation that my order was ready to be shipped and that I would be receiving a tracking information email. I received that message on March 13. But I never received an email with tracking information and I never received my birth control pills. I have been emailing the company since March 19. I keep getting a response that says they will respond to my message within two days. However I have gotten no responses, and every two days I continue to follow up by sending another email to them. All of the emails go on answered. It has now been over a week since I sent an email. I have received no communication, no emails, and no pills. Super frustrated with the lack of communication and want answers and my product. Thanks to this company I am now completely out of birth control pills and have had to go off of them completely which is causing all sorts of other medical issues due to hormone fluctuation.

    I have been using simple health for about two years and my last order that was supposed to be shipped out in March never came. They took $200 out of my account and now for weeks will not answer my emails. The phone number that they have listed to text is disconnected and theres no other working phone numbers to contact them. Never got my birth control and I cant cancel or change my card on there because the order is still pending and its been a month.
