    This fresh new prepaid service seemed ok from the beginning while utilizing their free trial but are my trial, my experience has been pretty negative. First after finishing their trial period, they give you the offer with staying with them, which their data is fantastic. However, I chose to go with metro because of the difference in pricing. I didn't want to port my number because I wanted a new one and when my trial ended with Yo Mobile, they sent a notification stating if I did not want to continue after my trial that my line would be deactivated in a few days. Here comes weeks later, I'm happy with my new phone and number at Metro PCS and I receive a notification from my bank that Yo Mobile took $60.00 out of my account when they expressed to me via email that my service would be cut off after a few days. So I reach out to them and of course they reply quickly but after asking for a refund I receive no more emails or notifications from the support team and I have reached out more than 3 times for someone to address this issue and still no one has gotten back to me. This company stole money even after stating that my line would be closed and now they are holding it as though since I did not pay right away that I would want to keep my account open for few weeks after????? C'mon man! Please give me my money back as I was calm and collected when reaching out and please advise next steps. Please be careful of this company I know they are new are just spreading out but it seems as though they go against those statements when addressing account closure and still charging individuals for service after their trial period.
