I signed a contract with ***** on November 29. He gave me an estimate that totaled about $30k for the renovations I needed done. I gave him a deposit of $15,312.50. *** was suppose to order customized windows, renovate 2 bathrooms, walk in closet, replace my old deck with trex wood, redo the stone for my fireplace, and a list of other tasks. Only task done was demolition of the veneer stone off my fireplace and place a sheet rock( which was also incomplete.) He kept stating that he ordered my windows and when I contacted the window company they have no record of my address. *** has given me the run around for these past few months and has caused excessive financial burden in my life. He even left my home dirty. He recently got into an accident and definitely cannot complete any task. Management has reached out to him since January 3rd to retrieve his Westchester County license in which he does not have. His NYC contractor license is also not registered. I need my money back. He is very unprofessional due to lack of communication and very challenging to reach out to him. Every time you do get in contact with him, he talks fast, makes excuses or sends you a text that he will call you back and never do!!! He has left some of his tools inside my home in which I have told him to retrieve them. I even offered to come collect the "materials" he claimed he purchased with some of my money. He does not seem to understand the importance of what the client wants, not what he wants to do. It seems that he is very sexist and is very unprofessional with women. He has been in constant contact with my boyfriend whom did not sign a contract with him. I looked up his other businesses and it seems to be registered under other alias. Who knows what his real name is. Other businesses found are ************************* AND ******************. Contractor ID belongs to a completely different name than what he told me. He informed me he will pay me back in 2 installments and have not.
