On Jan 4 I receive a request of two services one was to dry clean a coat also to saw a side of the coat. We inform the customer that the coat has signs of 3-4 years wear and tear and being dry clean several times and to please read the signs we have about any damage that could occur due to the the requested service especially in the fur that has the hat around and we inform that the alteration could be done ******** bring a coat to dry clean and saw one side of the coat. We explain tge visible signs of wear and tear and the conditions of the fake fur around the hat, ******** agrees and leave the coat to perform services. We explain that we advice before we did the job and that she agreed to have it done anyways.  ******** agrees and leave the coat. When both services was ready and the customer receives the coat and states that we damage the coat  and we have to refund in full for the services perfomed, the cost of the coat plus return the coat we (according to the customer we damage). We explain that we didn't damaged and the step by step process and ******** was not happy. ******** leaves and started calling several times a day the businesses with harassing language saying she will call the cops as well will take me to court.
