    Placed an order online (order #*****). My card was charged. Never received the books. Have tried many times to contact the store through phone, emails and chat service with no response. After researching, I have noticed many people have had this problem. I was directed to this page to make a complaint as someone did it and received their books over a year later.

    I have reached multiple times about the status of my order without response through email and on their ******** page its been almost 2 weeks and no status at this point i think they stole my money and wont send the order

    I made a purchase from them years ago that was never delivered and STILL shows unfulfilled on their website. But did nothing about that at the time and decided to try them again recently.I purchased multiple comics from them on May 14th and all of the comics were released by the end of May. I have not received any of the books and have sent several emails and tried multiple ways to contact them with zero response.

    I have reached out multiple times about the status of my order with no responses. The official Instagram account responded stating the item will be mailed out that week. That response was from over 2 weeks ago now and nothing since then. I filed a claim through ****** to receive a refund and now that their "money" is being threatened they finally mailed out the item as of today. I no longer want the item, it's MY money, and I will fight tooth and nail for my refund. I do not want my money to go to a shady business run by a greedy scammer.

    This guy is not fulfilling my orders and is keeping the money I provided for those orders. He is also not responding to emails or phone calls.

    I have seven orders from this company, starting in April 2023:April 10 - $410.49 April 27 - $53.54 May 28 - $46.78 June 12 - $124.11 June 27 - $80.76 July 12 - $124.10 Aug 11 - $52.71 After numerous attempts to contact, by e-mail, by phone and their online "Contact Us" chat, I have not received any response from them, nor have any of the orders been filled.

    On 9/18/2023, I made a purchase of 10 comic books for a total of $55.90. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the items I ordered, and despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have not received any responses regarding the status of my order. I have made over a dozen attempts to communicate through various channels, including email, voicemail, and website forms, and have not received a single reply. In an effort to address this issue, I have initiated a complaint via PayPal, but even through this official channel, I have not received any responses. It is my firm belief that this company is engaged in fraudulent activities, knowingly taking advantage of customers by withholding their orders and payments.

    Placed my order on 22th november 2020 through their website comicxposure.com, order #*****, value $246.92 and $22.80 shipping, which makes a total of $269.72. Never heard from them again. No response to any of my many E-Mails or my requests on the customer support on their website or on social media, while they have time to offer more stuff on their website and social media like instagram and whatnot all day. Depending on pages like trustpilot or ******** groups like "victims of comicxposure" it's obviously their usage.

    My order ***** from Jan 2021, order from March 2021, order from Dec 2021, and order from August 2022, all never sent. Received repeated responses that my requests for updates would be answered but never received any actions to be taken.
