    I am writing to address an ongoing issue I have encountered with a recent purchase from your boutique store. Unfortunately, my previous attempts to resolve any matter have been unsuccessful, and I am now seeking further assistance.The dress I purchased lacks functionality due to the design flaw. It abruptly stops, causing great inconvenience when I need to perform simple tasks. To rectify this, I have consulted several dry cleaners who have quoted me a customizing fee ranging from $150 to $230 for the zippers. Considering the original cost of the dress was $280, this additional expense and inconvenience outweigh the value of the dress. I bought another dress to wear for this inconvenience.In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund of $315.36. I am more than willing to return the dress the store.

    08/7/2023 I Paid 650$ for my birthday dress the owner told me that she will not be giving me my Dress I paid $532.86 June 28 2023 with 40$ express shipping for online order Merchant sent dress but wrong size measurements she then told me I would have to pay a difference which was $119. 83 July 24 2023 .in the store which I drove 8 hours from ************** to ******** to get this dress she knew I was coming and everything . Once I arrived to the store her attitude was nasty and she was annoyed from me asking questions about exchanging the dress for something else , the same price she then told me I had to cash app her extra for the dress yet again . She sent me a fake tracking label for august 2 when it was been supposed to be sent weeks ago . The merchant then waited at the last minute last week on Friday august 4 **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the store . ******** told me I had to pick something else which I didnt want to and couldnt afford other dresses and she said that she will not refund me . She then threatened me saying she was not sending me my dress . I then told her if I cant get my refund I will file a dispute . She then said that if I decide to file a dispute she will give me store credit and leave my account on alert notice of filing a dispute. . This merchant is a fraud , scammer, a liar, and very unprofessional my birthday is next week august 20, 2023 and now I have no birthday dress all my plans are cancelled and Im out of 650$ . ******* who is the owner is very disgusting and I will never order from this business again. She thinks she can just run off with people money . 650$ is a lot to be scammed out of very sad and disappointing all I want is my money back the lack of communication was terrible I even told her how I felt about everything and she still told me about her not giving me my refund back .

    I am not pleased with Dach Boutique! I ordered my Dress March 29, 2023! My prom was May 18! During these two months i was getting nothing my nasty responses when i contacted them to see when my dress would be coming! They asked for me to send a picture of a verified billing address and ID. That was on April 14th , 2023! After that i asked when would my dress come since i still didnt have no status on when my dress would be arriving! One they left me on read for a significant amount of time! I called them to see what was going on and who ever was on the phone wouldnt even let me talk. They told me my dress would be arriving May 11th 2023! As the days where being approached, i looked on the website to check my information to see if i have had a link to see from the postal service but it was still saying order was in progress! *** asked again through DMs and someone told me my order have shipped out and told me not to worry. I didnt ask again until the next day to see what was going on since i shouldve gotten a link to see when it will be coming but i didnt. I asked them again and they told me it was something wrong with the verification that ive sent! Now its 3 days before my prom and i have nothing but someone telling me my ordered shipped out. I sent it again ofc and they said it would get to me on Monday May 15th 2023 . So i waited and it did not come on that day. They said it had gotten stuck at the station. Then they sent me another dress before my prom. It was not the color ive asked for and nor it did not fit me. I had it sitting in my closet because i did not feel like going through with there poor service any more so then it just sent it back . they cancel my order but affirm is still trying to make me pay payments and i got the wrong dress and the dress never fit me at all.

    Last September I bought a custom dress for my birthday from Dach Boutique and I paid ****** for via Apple Pay. The dress I wanted and what I received were two different things and the dress was too small, the zipper stopped in my lower back. The dress was constructed way to fast seeing that I sent the payment on the 28th and the next day they reached out to me sending me options to choose from because they didnt have the right color of green. However the options had an instagram filter over it making the fabric to appear as something it was not so I choose one and it was a dark blue and not green at all. That was on the 29th and the dress shipped out that same day and arrived October 1st 2022. October 2nd, I contacted them through instagram direct message expressing I was not satisfied and how the dress was too small even though I gave them my measurements that were professionally done. The told me they were not going to refund me any money and that Ill get store credit for the amount I spent. However I did not want that since most of their clothing are revealing and the dress I got was more covered up. So kept we going back and forth via instagram and I told them I am still going to return the dress which in fact I did. They received the dress. I tried to go through Chase my bank to get my funds back. I even sent them the photos of our conversation as well as pictures of the dress I wanted vs what I received and I provided them with the receipt of the tracking number of ***** They told me it was nothing they could do and they closed my claim. I am just recently hearing about the BBB so I am trying to see if I can get justice for the whole situation. I am willing to provide any additional information needed. Thank you.

    Ordered a dress on January 16th, and called to check the status on January 26th. I was Told the dress would be shipped on or around February 1st. I received a call on January 31st saying the material for my dress was backordered and i had the option to get a refund or another dress. I chose to get a refund. I called On February 4th to get a status and said it should be processed in a day. I called Back in February 9th trying to get an update but there were still an excuse as to why they did not process the refund. The lady put me on hold for ten minutes and never gave me an update. I called back and they will not answer the phone for me. I had My friend call from a separate number and they picked up immediately and told her the same excuse regarding my order. I tried Calling again today and still no answer on my end. I called From a private number and they answered immediately, and refuse to give me an update on my refund. I have no dress nor do I have my refund after almost a month.Order number #*****
