    This agency allowed someone to fraudulent cash my check. The person couldnt have used. ID with my picture because it wasnt me. They signed a name that was not mine. When someone cashes a check at this location, they take a picture. The picture in their system is not the name of the person on the check. They carelessly and recklessly, let someone fraudulently cash my check and now the bank isnt helping. I want my money back they freely gave away to a fraudulent person. They didnt even sign the correct name on the check nor was that phone number ever associated with my name. The agency keeps all of that information in their system
