4 starsThe company was up front about the one month delivery estimate when I called and placed the order. Delivery was rough but it was mostly ***s fault because *** put multiple heavy packages on one dolly. If the packages were wrapped in foam two of my parts probably wouldnt have broke from *** dropping the packages but the company replaced the parts in a timely manner. I decided to stain my bed black which Im glad I did because it came out perfect. I love my bed it was ultimately worth all the trouble and the company promised me a 50$ refund for the issues I experienced with delivery.Review fromHolly L

5 starsWe bought two of the ****** bunk beds for our large family. They are really great for the kids. Company was very responsive with questions on shipment timing and installation. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Great product gives the kids more room to play and gives room a tidy atmosphere. The waterproof cover is great for kids that still have the occasional nighttime potty accident. Very easy to clean. Cot size fitted sheets work great. Very pleased.Review fromHenry C.

1 starThis company is terrible. They failed at their promise to deliver a rental bed for a family member visiting for a funeral. The order was placed with plenty of time to arrive for the service. I even called to confirm. They assured me it would be delivered by the time it was needed. It never arrived. Several attempts to reach them for a refund have gone unanswered. They also use the name of *****************. Do not use them.

4 starsI has some questions before ordering and response was detailed and fast. Order came quickly as well. 1 starI ordered a loft bed with stain and bookcase stairs. I live blocks from the buisness yet they were all over the place about delivery. No biggie but then they forgot parts so I had to wait for a second delivery. Then only part of the bed was stained. The pictures on their site show the whole bed bringing stained. I couldn't put the stairs together because the owner is clearly cutting corners and did put in pilot holes to secure the stairs. When I asked for assistance I was told gravity would do the trick. I opted to return the bed as instructed by Mr. ***************** the bed and stairs all the way to the delivery van only to have it left behind because he had somewherse else to be. I thought this was going to be a great bed and it turned out horrible .Foldingbed.net

Thank you for your order. As we discussed the whole bed is stained except for the mattress supports that are not seen. No manufacture stains the supports.Review fromAnn K

5 starsPurchased adult twin daybed and pop up trundle set and 2 mattresses. Beds were easy to assemble (Im a female senior citizen). Frame is strong and sturdy, mattresses are very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase, delivery and customer service.Review fromLaurie W

5 starsJust wanted to add a review as when you look at BBB can most often be negative reviews [which is appreciated when shopping around for sure]. However we bought a Creden-zzz bed from Foldingbed.net and the experience was a good one. Delivery was on time, however unfortunately the top had a large crack in it. I called the company right away and was asked to send pictures, which I did. They said they'd send out a new top and it was here within 10 days. We are quite happy with the service we received and I would recommend them for their service and better than average price for the piece we purchased.Review fromLiz H
