  THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY PUT USED PARTS ON MY VEHICLE AND CHARGED THEM TO THE INSURANCE AS IF THEY WERE NEW, THEY STOLEN SEVERAL PARTS FROM MY 2023 ********** ECLIPSE VEHICLE, THEY MADE DAMAGES THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO COLLECT FROM THE INSURANCE. MANY PARTS FROM THE INTERIOR WERE STOLEN. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM, REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE FRAUD COMMISSION. CMB COLLISION IS A FICTITIOUS NAME THAT IT USES TO DO BUSINESS AND SCAM, THE REAL NAME OF THIS COMPANY IS: SRC COLLISION, THE OWNER'S NAME IS ******************************* *** THEM DON'T STAY LIKE THIS, THAT'S WHY THEY CONTINUE TO SCAM AND STEAL BECAUSE NO ONE REPORTS THEM , REPORT THEM TO ** ATTORNEY GENERAL ************************* REPORT THEM TO THE NATIONAL INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU, SEND A COMPLAINT TO DMV ******************************** complaints-and-charges-repair-and-body-shops

  I bought my car to CMB Collisions in October 2022 under the impression they were a Mitsubishi dealership. I explained I was in an accident last year October 2021 and would like to fix the damage that was done. The owner explained to me although it has been a year, he can get more money out of the claim to fix the damages to my car and my only out of pocket expense would be $1200 for extra repairs that were not included in the claim. He originally told me my insurance only gave him $1600, which would be fair to pay him $1200. However, when I reached out to my insurance, I was told he received $3640.90. The owner **** was still looking to receive an out of pocket expense of $1200 from me. This mishap confused me and made me feel that he was trying to scam me out of more money when my insurance told me I was only suppose to give him $500 deductible. When I went to pick my car up, I tried to go over the supplement that **** submitted to my insurance, however, **** was very nasty and argumentative towards me. I am 7 months pregnant. He kept talking over me and refused to let me speak my concerns. I ended up calling my insurance adjuster who explained me to **** only submitted the damage related to the accident so if he did additional work, he is owed the money. I had no problem with paying the money and paid him. My issue was his lack of professionalism. **** told me my car would be ready in 10 days. He took 5-6 weeks to complete the work. He claimed the additional work he did were new parts but they weren’t and I can tell he probably spray painted over some light scratches. He did replace my mirror. He used my old arm rest when we agreed on a new armrest replacement. He refused to communicate with me to try to get a better understanding on what he was doing with my car all this time. All of this could have been avoided had he just been upfront, professional and communicative. He was extremely rude, arrogant and threatened to not release my car. Missing car door part.

  AVOID AT ALL COST, THESE PEOPLE ARE FULL OF ** THEYLL GET ON THEIR KNEES TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS, ONCE YOU’RE IN THEY DONT WANNA KNOW ABOUT YOU ANYMORE, I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A “ MINOR ACCIDENT *FRONT END* ON 6/1/22 MY INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE THEM $27K FOR SOMETHING SMALL AND THEYRE STILL ASKING FOR MONEY THEYRE DISRESPECTFUL THEYLL GET ANNOYED WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR AN UPDATE LIKE IF YOU’RE NOT PAYING EVERY TIME I SPEAK WITH NICK *BUSINESS OWNER* THE ANSWER IS “ WHAT DO YOU WANT ? THERES NO UPDATE WERE WAITING FOR PART “ AND THEM GOES ON TO DISRESPECT AND IVE BEEN ON WAIT FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS AS IF I HAD AN EXOTIC AVOID YOURSELF A HEADACHE THESE PEOPLE ARE HERE TO MILK YOUR INSURANCE AND LEAVE YOU HANGING
