    I was involved in an auto collision on 11/16/2023 in the Bronx and was pressured to get my car fixed right away by an A&R employee named *****. ***** gets calls when any accidents to happen in the area, just to recruit innocent customers and tell them whatever they need to hear just to bring your car into their shop. I have a family mechanic that I usually go to but his towing services werent available that week and I really need my car for work, so this ***************** took advantage of that and coerced me into using their towing company to take my car to A&R auto collision on 11/17/2023.MY CAR WAS NEVER REPAIRED OR WORKED ON BY THIS SHOP. The process for my car to get fixed was unnecessarily prolonged due to the auto shop calling my Geico adjuster 3 different times to view the car and make an estimate. My car was only damaged in the front/grill bumper and it shouldve been a faster repair or at least an estimated price but my car sat in their shop for a month without any work being done. On 12/14/23 I asked the car shop how long it would be until my car is fixed as well as the final estimated price and I received a lot of attitude and so much back lash just for asking the shop these simple questions, then I was told they don't want to do business with me anymore and in order for me to get my car out their shop, I had to WRONGFULLY pay $5,000.00 in towing and storage fees. They even tried to charge me for an extra day of storage, saying that my car was taken to their shop on 11/16/23 when it was taken the day after on 11/17/23. This auto shop was LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AWAY but they purposely made all these bogus charges for labor and towing. Towing is $120 in *** $140 the most depending on the distance, but this A&R Auto Collision shop decided to charge over $1000 *************** my car for less than a 10 min distance. Im disgusted at how spiteful and unprofessional they were with pricing just because I wanted updates on what was going on with my car.
