- REFUNDS, EXCHANGES and RETURNS:Please read this shipping policy completely prior to your purchase. There is a ten dollar handling fee on most items; you will see this charge as the line item for your shipping on any item that requires you to specify a shipping preference. Orders placed without customization of the shipping will be charged the full amount of shipping and item price, as listed in the purchase receipt. If your item ships out prior to SJS receiving and responding to a refund request no refund for any shipping will be completed. Handling fees will still apply and will not be refunded.All items can be returned within 30 days of the arrival of your item if you are not satisfied for any reason. Most SJS items are custom or aged, and are often one-of-a-kind. Please ask any questions your have before making your purchase, Janene is happy to accommodate most any request. Janene will send additional photos, any additional information and she works very hard to make your purchase one that you will not regret! Customer satisfaction is always the main goal of SJS.That being said; the handling price will not be refunded in any event, the initial shipping price will not be refunded in any event and no return shipping will be paid for by Silent Jane Salvage in any event. Your item price will be refunded as soon as your item is received by Janene, and your returned item must be delivered directly to the Silent Jane Salvage Studio.
