We contacted ****** and received estimate #**** of No 01, 2022 for $2077.80 including tax. The project was to remove two leaning birch trees and trim another tree. The estimate clearly says "..remove debris from property" for all items. The work was done on 4 Nov. and the full amount was paid by our check #**** before the truck left the property, as requested by the field manager, ******. The check has been cashed by Osorio. As the truck left the property it revealed that the wood chips had been blown onto an existing wood chip pile and into a legacy stone wall, rather than into the truck.I contacted the Osorio owner on Tuesday, 8 Nov, by phone and she said she would have ****** contact me. No call was received, I called a left a phone message Tuesday, 15 Nov, I sent an e-mail message on Friday, 18 Nov. No reply has been received. They left an enormous pile of unwanted wood chips. They should remove them and blow the chips from the stone wall.Amazingly, ******** price wasn't any better than that of the national tree services firm we had been using. Keep clear of these fly-by-nights!
