We checked in, we're given 2 different keys to 2 different rooms. Brought them back and they said they couldn't find a second, it would be left in our room that day. Key never showed up, I went to ask they said oh we don't have one. Okay... we got a suite which is very basic but totally fine but the air conditioner in the bedroom did a loud long buzzing about once every twenty minutes that kept us up. Wifi barely worked. Tried not to let either get the best of us but then Tvs did not work every night, most nights we would unplug and reset but second to last night they wouldn't work. I called front desk, they came and said I don't know I'll tell my manager but don't know how to fix it. Went to get in bed that night pulled down the comforter and it had blood on the sheets. Told them and they just said okay and brought a new one. I woke up the next morning early went to front desk and told them about our experience and did not ask for anything back, just asked if we could check out that day instead of following day as originally expected (and got there prior to check out time) and not pay for the coming night. The managers attitude amazed me... she responded "policy is no refunds" and said I didn't give her the chance to fix everything. I said I did call the front desk about the TV he came up and said he couldn't fix it and would tell you, the key issue you said you would send another, it never came and he said he would tell you- it's just not what we expected and would prefer to leave. She said she would have them come in and swap the split ductless unit today, I told her I didn't want to be staying in a room during that much work. After a lot of reiterated back and forth and her continuously not listening to me just repeating the refund policy she makes a comment that it's funny it's supposed to rain tomorrow and I'm requesting this (it was supposed to rain 3 out of 5 of our days there and never did for long/at all).
