    I have been paying for 5 email addresses through site123. They have not been delivering the promised service. They provide service through Webmail. I have connected webmail to gmail so that I can retrieve the emails. I have not been receiving any emails with attachments over 14 MB. The site123 *** told me that if I set up the email through gmail I should be able to receive the messages but that has not been accurate. I am requesting a full refund for the faulty and fraudulant service site123 has been providing

    They acknowledged that there was an issue with their mail server but when I asked them for a refund, they did not respond

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by SiteBuilder123 Web Services regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They have been taking me around in circles. I paid for 5 email addresses through their service but their service is faulty. A bunch of people complained that they sent me emails and we never received those emails and there was no kickback message from the site123 server stating that the messages weren't received. I immediately contacted site123 and it has taken them months to respond. Now they are stating that they would like to investigate why the problem was happening but I told them many times that I have already transfered my emails to another server as their server is faulty. At this point, I do not want them to fix the problem I just want them to refund me for the FAULTY service that they are providing.

    They automatically charged a card this card is no longer used for business and I NEVER gave them permission to automatically charge me worse than this I cannot reach a person to have them fix this I will dispute the charge and cancel this service as no customer support at all!!!!

    We have used the company's services for 7.5 years on an annual billing cycle (in advance). We transferred services out of this company in January to consolidate and simplify our website. Our next payment was in October for an entire year of services (that we no longer use). I received notice of auto-renewal. I tried to follow FAQ instructions to remove the auto-renewal manually, but my account did not have the options they listed to achieve that result. I spent an hour trying to work through this with two different reps ****** then phone call). Neither of them could assist, despite giving invoice numbers, phone numbers, website address, domains, and email addresses. Both of them kept repeating unhelpful information -- chat rep stated that they could not cancel the account for me and that they could not find the account at all. It is 2023; I should be able to cancel my account if I would like to do so without a phone call. Phone rep stated repeatedly that I wasn't routed to the company I was trying to contact despite using the phone number provided by the chat service and using the chat service provided by clicking on the "chat now" on the webpage of the business. They could not help me and simply repeated themselves louder and louder.I want to cancel my account. It shouldn't be this difficult -- it feels like they are trying to wait me out and then charge me over $200 for a service I am not using. I had similar issues when I tried to cancel a smaller service that renews in ~June. However, I was "too late" to be able to cancel.Also, the phone number provided directly on the support site is an automated message telling you to use chat or email to obtain support.This cycle is infuriating. I have sent an email but after the last two interactions, I am not expecting it to be successful. Please help me with this issue.

    Site123 advertises Free website building so I used it and found it was to complicated tech wise for me to use so I searched for something else like Yahoo Sitebuilder That was last year, never used their product since setting it upthis May we got a charge of $335.20 for subscription to Site123 services. I complained to PayPal and the company, many emails and attempts later Site123 is keeping the money and I am out of a refund. I can only hope that is the last I will get charged anything from them. I canceled membership and unsubscribed from their harassing emails. I just want my money back plus the $35 overdraft fee on my bank.
