I can only make payment to a licensed real estate broker.  If the objective is to punish me I am willing to give up the commission hence I will donate to a registered charity.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We reject as we hired Barb G**** to represent us.  She, as stated, did more for the buyers than us.  Our home is not a storage facility.  She broke Realtor Ethic Rules.  She should not be paid for what she did to us.   I do not believe anything Barb can say because of the number of lies.  To even tell us the truck was only parked and knowing that the buyer's were putting their belongings in the home.  To donate does nothing for our inconveniences or time we have spent dealing with this.  A donation gives them another break; a tax write off.

    Regards,
