    Only because I can’t leave less than one star, total scam artist. Knows nothing of the business, won’t provide receipts, complete and utter fraud

    DO NOT TRUST THIS “BUSINESS”!
    Hired him to do a flooring job at my rental property was told they could start right away and it would be a quick and easy job. He had me pay half the labor as a down payment then not even halfway through the job he demanded $1250 more out of no where and was threatening to pull his guys off the job tear the flooring up and put a contractors lien on my property. I did not feel comfortable paying another $1250 on top of the large down payment I had already given him when the job wasn’t even close to being halfway done. He pulled him guys off the job that they just started and left Elmira back to Binghamton and took all the money I had paid him. This whole thing was a nightmare he was constantly blowing up my phone and sending threatening messages.

    I originally posted this on Facebook, but they hid their reviews.
    I highly do not recommend this business! Avoid at all cost. He is not a licensed contractor like he claims to be. He is just a handyman and his name is David S********* He expects you to pay a deposit to him weeks in advance to keep a spot on his schedule instead of paying half down the day of the project. Then, he’ll increase the price on you by 50% without you agreeing to it expecting payment immediately.
    He doesn’t share his license number nor a business address (hence me having to use the local post office address in order to leave this review). His business isn’t even legitimate as it isn’t registered with NY state.
    He sends a lot of unnecessary communications and comes off as needy expecting you to respond to him immediately to reassure him of something you already told him.
    He refused to acknowledge that he or one of his employees scratched up the floors and dryer in my home during a furnace installation. He also misdiagnosed my washer which I ended up having to repair myself. It is obvious he doesn’t have liability insurance.
    Even before he started the project, I knew I wouldn’t like this person. I was simply trying to save money.
    He didn’t even confirm with me that my furnace was registered to make sure I could get the warranty. You would think after paying someone thousands of dollars, it is the least they can do.
    The worst part is they tried to attack me personally when I was nothing but professional with them stating that I need to remember which race used to own which.
    This dude is a man-child. He has a lot of growing up to do and should learn to admit when he isn’t skilled in certain areas.
    Save yourself the headache and always ask to see reviews and a contractor’s license before agreeing to let them work for you.
