    The builder doesn't finish whole thing before close. We closed in Feb and builder didn't finish lawn. They promised to finish lawn seeding when it's warm. I chased them since April to ***** called their agent many times. Each time, they say they will come. however, they never come. Weeds grow full of my front yard. I had to spend my own money to finish my lawn.

    Worst new construction company. You will end up spending a fortune to finish the house. Stay away!

    I bought a house over 8 months ago from Sawmill Construction in *******. Their company is like a factory and once you give them your money they ignore any problems you have. I have had water in my basement since moving in every time it rains and it has not been rectified. Bandaids have been placed all over, but not what is needed to be done to fix my problem. My backyard is torn up for months now and it is all mud. I have to give my dog a bath every time she goes back there. My sprinkler system that I paid extra for is ripped up and they spilt oil all over my driveway when doing some work, but never cleaned up. Nonetheless, still water in my basement. I got the town involved and Sawmill did somethings after but still have water in my basement. Again bandaids. My driveway slopes to my house and water sits on my house. Yet he keeps building and just sold another 1.5 million dollar house the block next to me and many others and ignores my issues because he got his money. Its been a nightmare since moving in, I have two young kids age 4 and 1 and I lose sleep every time it rains, Im In the basement cleaning up the water and begging for him to fix it, it is exhausting. Especially when he never even responds.
