The product kind of worked, but there's no way to get in touch with customer service. They sent a QR code to scan for a free syringe. The automated response said I would get 2, but I never did. It also gave me a coupon code to order that doesn't work. I emailed about both issues but never got a response.

I placed my order October 23rd 2023 at 12:24 p.m. . Their site says 4 to 5 business days. It is November 17th 2023 and I've yet to receive my order. I have contacted purely white deluxe numerous times and have been given nothing but the runaround. I have asked for either a refund or accommodation in terms of reimbursement if the order has been lost, but to no avail. First I was chilled that they would look into the problem and then I was told that there was no order with my name, even though I have the confirmation email from them stating that I place my order and they received my payment. I have begged and pleaded to get a response from them in regards to what is going on with my order, refund, or reimbursement and they keep telling me that it was a flash sale. I understand it was a flash sale, but if they don't have the product they should refund my money. They should let me know what's going on. This is a horrible company. This is a total scan. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday, but I don't believe I will see the order that I purchased nor the money back from this company for not delivering me my order. I'm totally appalled with how this company has handled business.. purely white deluxe... No purely unethical and unprofessional business. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 4 toothpastes from them in January so I could stock up for a few months. They automatically signed me up for a subscription where Ill receive 4 toothpastes every 30 days. I have reached out to them to try to cancel the subscription that I DID NOT sign up for. I havent received an email back. Ive ordered from them before and never had this issue. Now Im getting charged $64.99 a month for 4 toothpastes that I do not need. They are scammers and I just want my subscription canceled so I dont keep getting charged $64.99 a month on product I dont need.
