    I've been using Majestic Pools for the last 3 years and they have been nothing short of amazing. The guys show up on time and are in and out in a blink. They always clearly communicated any issues and got my pool up and running. I am 100% going to be using them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company. Their reviews across ******* Yelp and ******** say it all.

    Majestic Pools has failed as a great company in every manner. Their customer service is lacking, but understandable if **** the owner is performing the training. Lack of proper communication, lack the ability to admit that they may not do everything correctly. Nobody is perfect. Had to hire another pool professional to make sure the pool was closed properly because majestic refused to return to my home because I had major concerns. The pool company came 4 days early without confirmation and the pool techs did not stop the scheduled job or lower the water to the proper level. PVC piping was broken during their closing visit and was not admitted to anyone. I guess I would have paid for that next year. The owner ******* is very immature and gets into name-calling which is very unprofessional. Please do not choose this pool company. I regret choosing them for my pool needs. The owner is continuing to send me emails and harass me and call me names. I have never experienced something like this in my life. I offered to work with them and pay them their fee if they returned to check the work they performed. If I did not higher another pool tech to double check them it was confirmed that I would have definitely had issues this winter that would potentially have caused further damage to my pool. Verbally abusive for sure.
