    I purchased my Preowned 2019 Honda Pilot on January 2022 at Atlantic Honda in ********. Recently after the last rain I found moisture and water droplets thru out the car. The moisture problem was so bad the seat belts are always wet and smell of mold after every rain or car wash. I went to get it repaired at Atlantic Honda Bayshore in April 2023. It took three weeks for them to tell me that they found water seeping thru the edge of the windshield. They also said for them to make the repair the windshield will most likely break and I would need to pay to replace it after the repair is done. I explained that I have only had the car for 16 months and should not be charged. They insisted that I pay or no repair, and also told me the extra warranty I purchased for the vehicle wont cover it. So I had it repaired and the vehicle windshield replaced oem install after the repair was done I paid them in full. Now a week later we are now in May 2023, after the rain I found moisture in the car again and the seat belt was soaked again with water. I now went back to Atlantic Honda Service in the service department, and asked for the Manager ******************* and showed her the water damage, she assured me that they would not charge me a second time and would find the source of the water leak and replace the wet seatbelt at no charge. Now May 2nd, 2023 I get a call from the manager ******************* that there is a hole in the roof near the sunroof, and that she must charge me for the repair. I feel that this company is very dishonest and should have a complaint filed against them. They probably knew the car was defective when it was sold to me at the dealership, and now to further insult ne they are charging me a 2nd time for a repair that I was assured was done and completed the first time. I would recommend that if you are thinking about purchasing a car for you or your family, stay away from atlantic honda in bayshore, they cannot be trusted.
