              Purchased the Kryptek - 5.11 Tactical - Flag Bearer Cap in Kryptek-Highlander on 11-26. The photo on their website shows it to be a rip stop material. The cap I received is NOT rip stop. I contacted GC via email explaining my issue and asked for a complete refund including shipping and have not received a response at all. I have given this business a second chance with this order and against my better judgement. Hard to believe they are a “patriotic” company.

              Outstanding customer service, high quality apparel, fast shipping! I love this company! I have been a customer of Gadsden and Culpeper for more than 8 years now. I absolutely love their apparel, hats, and patches—all of their items are very high quality and have lasted forever. Not to mention, they are not overly priced like many companies these days and they are consistent with their pricing where I have never seen them increase their prices or raise shipping costs despite inflation. I am pretty rough on my hats at the range, and I wear their condor caps almost daily so I have purchased many of them over the years. I recently ordered one of their hats and found it to be a little large, so I reached out to exchange it. Their customer service responded almost immediately! They were extremely friendly and offered to make the exchange at no cost to me. My new hats arrived within a week of me reaching out! The shipping is always very fast! I love this company and I will forever be a life-long customer of Gadsden and Culpeper!
