Paid for plow service and they never show up. Numerous complaints from myself and other customers. Always an excuse as to why they haven’t showed up and plowed.

Yes I hired them again to give them another chance. They now don’t even show to plow the driveway at all unless you make numerous calls and e-mails. Many people on the internet are furious over this. I will no longer be using their service in the future.Jason makes continuous excuses as to why my driveway was not plowed. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money back.

I dispute this complaint. While later in the day, we did provide snow plowing service to Mr. ******** his neighbors, and all of our customers on the day in question, and again in the morning, as well as 13 times prior this season. This is documented. We (and every other plow company on that day) were slower than usual on this day because it was an extraordinary storm with deep, heavy, wet snow which took twice as long to process as a typical storm. Please read on for more detail if you wish.

We have been in business for 43 years now - myself as manager and now owner for 25 of those years. We do everything within our power to provide service in a timely manner. On this occasion the circumstances were extreme, and while most of our 4,295 customers were patient and understanding, Mr. ******* and a handful of others were not. He called several times and harassed multiple employees in our office with inappropriate language (at one point telling me to "Plow his f-ing driveway, b-tch"), and took to the internet to disparage my company (the attached is an example of just one of the platforms he used).

As stated, we plowed Mr. *******'s driveway 15 times this year (more than the local average). In fact, we have serviced Mr. ******* 293 times in the 12 years he's been a customer (more than 24 times a season - above the local average).

I will not be providing Mr. ******* a refund. This is the second such complaint in 3 years issued against us by Mr. ******** though this one seems more of a personal attack. If this complaint negatively affects our standing with the BBB, or he continues to disparage our good name, I may consider legal action.

Again, we have 4,295 customers, most of them very happy. I would be glad to allow the BBB access to any of our records, and would welcome them to randomly contact any of our customers for a true sense of the quality of service we provide.

    Thank you.
