    Do not use!! Marcus ****** is a scam artist. He stole over $25,000 and is incompetent as a general contractor. Requests deposit upfront and ongoing money before work is done. He did show up for 2 interviews and talked a good game. Created a good contract, however did not provide contractor insurance. After receiving a 4th draw in the amount of $15,000 to purchase roofing and siding plus cash for labor, he abandoned the job completely. Kept loosely in communication with continued excuses and admitting he spent some funds for personal expenses. He did not pay subcontracted electrician fully (however electrician did not complete job as well). List of problems/incompetence extensive. Purchased tools and food on client's **** ***** bill. Job was to be completed in 8 weeks. Now 4 months later. Tended to work only a few hours when he was there. Daily excuses of needing to drop off and pick up kids from school. He does not have collateral or a truck. States he will try to pay me back as he gets work. I do not have any faith this will happen and feel he'll continue to scam others. Electrician tried to use him on another project, however a week later the tile job not done and reports that client paid him $8,000. Beware!!
